We stayed here two nights for my nephew's wedding. We were quite pleased with the hotel, staff was friendly, rooms were nice. We were able to visit with other family in the lobby during the day. Our biggest issue is that it's like a maze to find your room or anyone else's. Also, the elevator was way at the end of several hallways!! They do serve breakfast but it's not complimentary, it's actually a bit pricey but it was delicious!!

This hotel has the worst customer service. They only clean every third day. No in-room water and breakfast is not included. I’m a federal government contractor and travel the country securing military and government sites. This hotel does not honor my government issued identification and they act as if it’s coming out of their pockets personally. Such a weird vibe and I am a Titanium or Ambassador Elite member year after year. Yet another reason I’m using Marriott properties less and less and taking my business to Hyatt or Hilton.

Checked in at 9PM the lady at the desk was extremely rude. That should’ve told us to leave then, but was desperate to stay somewhere in that area. We were there for 2 days, not one time was our room cleaned, and when asked about it we were told they only do house keeping every 3 days !!! How unsanitary was my first thought, like so what does anyone do with garbage cans?! Sheets , oh we the guest have to change that ourselves. So why would we pay $390 for 2 days if we’re doing the work?!

Worst place ever!!!! Was woken up in the middle of the night by police cause the manager said there was a noise disturbance in a different room that was there for a basketball tournament we were in so they were removing anyone from the tournament. They brought 15 police officers to remove 40 families in the middle of the night. Shame on the two managers that were working 3/14/25.

Breakfast will close the time they say sharp, thougbt they will only have one person working the counter that continuously steps away. They told me i was going to be charged $350.00 but then they charged me $484 with only an extra $60 coming from breakfast. No garbage bags, not even for the garbage cans in the room. Barely offers anything for tv. Sofa bed didnt have blanket and pillow. Would not recommend.

If your looking for a clean place to stay no worries staying here. Room was clean and spacious. I did not care for the shower though. Not a fan of shower curtains and the water pressure was nice and strong but with the shower curtain it was annoying. Almost impossible not to soak the bathroom. The front desk was very nice and welcoming. Has a Starbucks with a bistro that as Very overpriced. Overall nice and clean place to stay.

Awful experience here this past week. Attempted to check in and was treated so rudely by the front desk staff member. She was beyond rude and yelled at me for trying to check in with mobile check in. I ended up canceling and leaving the property after getting yelled at. Glad I did. This hotel is in a very bad area of town and I felt unsafe. I stayed at a different Marriott about 15 minutes away. I am a Marriott titanium and have never been treated this way in all my travels.

This place went downhill! The first room we got wreaked of cat litter smell. Went right back to front desk and asked for another room. The 2nd room stunk of mildew. The area is not the greatest. They do have Starbucks on site though.
