Tip of the Peninsula Lake House Retreat

Stayed here for a Notre Dame game weekend and it was perfect! Beautiful scenery, very relaxing, pictures and description were exactly as listed. Excellent hosts!

There for a Notre Dame game. Uber worked well to and from. About 25 minutes out. There is a set of instructions in kitchen up on the water filtration system. Lucky we found it! Upstairs master bedroom & bath was clean and fine. That bedroom might not be suitable for some seniors with mobility issues. Winding staircase and tight access to each side of bed. Small deck upstairs as well. Kitchen area great, big square table for dining. No dishwasher but nice vertical rack to clean up. Could use more directions on how to use water filtration system and outside TV remotes. Downstairs bedrooms (2) can accommodate four in the rooms, great for kids or mixed use if you don’t mind that. One room may have room for six. Mind the step up into kitchen, family room and step down into each bedroom. Unique loft sleeping area via ladder access. Full bath for use as well.Coded entrance door. Nice covered patio, seating and TV. Place could use bit of clean up outside but everything was easy to access and use. Water front and water toys there to use. Swans and other bird activity each day on water. Place does have decent connectivity. Pet friendly. Separate garage if needed. Trains run fairly nearby and local airport close by as well. Host is responsive for questions.

Host was very welcoming. Cozy atmosphere, especially enjoyed the outdoor space.

Such a cute property - so many different quaint areas inside and out to delight visitors. We had a great time!

The property is beautiful and spacious. There are kayaks, a paddleboat, yard games, fishing, and more! The perfect spot for our family! We love it there!! The host is very accommodating and prompt to answer any questions. A wonderful vacation spot!!

Peaceful and Relaxing The house is at the end of the street surrounded on water on 3 sides..it was very peaceful. The outside area was great. There was a gazebo that we sat under every night and plsyed games. The lake was easy access for kataking.

Unique home in a beautiful setting! We had an amazing friends trip here celebrating a couple of birthdays! It was just as peaceful and welcoming as it looks in the photos. Even though it's on a street with other houses, it still feels very secluded. We loved the kayaks, the pavilion area with the fountain, TV, and fire table, and the unique home design. We did notice that the shower drains were backing up a bit, but it wasn't a big issue and everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you!!

Comfortable stay for a ND football weekend This property was clean, comfortable and well stocked for our boys weekend. Great location, easy drive to ND. Would definitely stay again.
