Very central, yet quiet, location - convenient to go everywhere (one 175 bus ride away from the Chopin Airport, Central Railway Station a short walk away). Amazing buffet breakfast with a vast array of delicious food! Convenient water dispenser available on each floor. Highly recommended! I will definitely return, if I’m ever around again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very welcoming. There's a water dispenser by the elevator. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Across the road, there's a Carrefour and a large shopping mall, and you can even see the Palace of Science right from the hotel entrance.

Facilities: Newly renovated and beautiful. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: Red rooms and corridors, beautifully decorated. Service: No service.

The hotel location is perfect. Next to the best mall in Warsaw, which is connected to the central train station. The breakfast buffet is large and, while it’s the same every day, there are many options. Truly something for everyone. The biggest problem with the hotel is the weak air conditioning. It makes the room cooler, but not enough for sleeping well.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Warsaw Central Station, which offers direct train connections throughout Poland and Europe, as well as direct trains to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Right across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping super easy. Plus, the Palace of Culture and Science is just a block away. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience.

It was pretty good. There's a shopping mall right across the street, so it's very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was quite substantial, and they even had local specialty dumplings.

I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the overall quality and atmosphere of the hotel. One of my favorite features was the complimentary drinking water station located in the hallway. The option to choose between room-temperature and cold water was incredibly convenient and thoughtful for guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. During check-in, the front desk staff proactively informed me about the possibility of a late check-out option, which is especially helpful for business travelers. Since I needed to change my flight to 5:00 PM, I asked whether a complimentary late check-out would be possible. The housekeeping manager and service staff were extremely kind and accommodating, helping me extend my check-out time from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Their support made a significant difference to my travel schedule. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, my experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is that I didn’t have the opportunity to try the sauna facilities on the basement level, which are open until midnight. Due to my busy work schedule and a few early nights, I simply ran out of time. I would definitely love to experience them during my next visit. Very good location and beside is shopping mall then is the main train station.

The place is supreme good, near the shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. Only took under 10 minutes walk to any station to take tram or bus to old town.

Stayed for two days and it was great! The comfort level was good, and the location was super convenient – it was a short walk to the event I was attending. All in all, a very satisfying trip!

Hotel could provide with some more in room amenities and storage. The shower system and water pressure needs improvement
