Hotel staff were polite, got a free upgrade to one of the best view within the hotel and had dinner at the level 2 restaurant which was good too. Steak was great. They also have a ****** on the same floor as the restaurant but those counter staff in the ****** were pretty rough. Meeting went well though.

The towels are of very poor quality. It is located next to the Central train station. The second floor restaurant is great.

The hotel was so good that the front desk even gave me a vase seeing I was holding a bunch of flowers (I didn't ask for it)! Also like the sky bar

Lovely hotel , next to the train station , shopping centre , restaurants like location was great. Hotel itself was a great stayed on 32 floor , views were mind blowing , breakfast was ok for 22 pounds as there wasn’t much of a variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk guy who dealt with us was amazing gave us a very good room.
