Hotel Metropol Reviews

The front desk staff had a good attitude, and overall the service from the employees was good. However, I may have been unlucky with the facilities. There was no hot water for showering, and after I changed rooms, the water that came out was yellow 😅

The hotel is in a central location with excellent access to public transportation. The Palace of Culture and Science is just a 5-minute walk away. However, the Old Town is about 2.5 km away, so you’ll likely need to use public transport to get there. The rooms were clean, but I didn’t like the carpeted floors. One downside of the hotel is that you can hear noise from outside, and the blackout curtains don’t block enough light, making the room brighter than expected in the morning. The hotel provides earplugs to help with the noise, but I found them uncomfortable to use.

From the moment we saw it from the street, this hotel looked amazing, and our stay only confirmed that. The location is absolutely fantastic. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. We had a room on the 5th floor with an unforgettable view of the city. The room was clean, bright, had good plumbing, and complimentary tea/coffee. There was a water cooler on our floor, even offering sparkling water. We opted for breakfast, and the buffet area was very stylish, with posters of Warsaw from the 50s and 60s adorning the cafe walls. The furniture and overall ambiance were modern. The buffet itself was incredibly rich in variety and selection, and everything was very fresh and delicious. Upon our request, they brought an iron and ironing board to our room. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel's service was above my expectation. When room was ready (I arrived at noon), the reception did not claim for any policy to procrastinate my check-in process. Breakfast was great. However, it'd be even better if they can provide more variety of fruits. Nevertheless by overall, this hotel is totally value of money.

Amazing hotel close to the train station and bus station with beautiful view of the city. The staff are great and very friendly!

The location is great.. in the centre of everything you need in Warsaw. The hotel breakfast is greats we enjoy the food and service so much. Highly recommended to eveyone who wish to visit Warsaw.

Very well located nice clean and well managed hotel. Staff were very efficient and curried. Housekeeping was top standard. Definitely recommend it to people who want a central place at a great price.

Simple and affordable room in the city centre. Clean with daily free housekeeping. Room space was adequate for two of us. We read alot of reviews about street noise and advertisement banner, but it didn't bother us, good soundproofing when the window was shut. Excellent location, shopping mall, public transport are all within walking distance.

Great location and center of everything in new town. Good and friendly service. But the adv poster they put up on the wall brings night light to the room on the north side of the building. Hard to sleep as the the curtains can not cover top and sides of the window. Still a good score for its location and service.

A good clean place to stay that’s near enough to the center and public transportation. Breakfast was nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Despite some reviews mentioning noise at night, we didn't experience any at all. The breakfast was varied, and the service, both in the restaurant and for the rooms, was fantastic. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend it.

A clean and comfortable stay. Opposite the Christmas market. Tea and coffee in the room. Nice downstairs social area.

The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The service is warm and friendly. The hotel rooms are well-equipped.

Friendly responsive reception staff. Would recommend their business lunch in the restaurant. Great quality two courses for only 34 Zty / 8 euros
