Overall very nice, clean and wide space for the room. Just a bit far from any location, but connected by the bus station nearby for sure.

Beware of this hotel for single female travellers! The hotel is spread over several buildings, in the middle of several busy roads with no clear fence enclosing the properties. There are no clear markings and very poor visibility. Not a lot of lights on their grounds, feels quite unsafe. No Concerige available to help you navigate or roll luggage’s. The staircase lights are broken, very dangerous to use in the evening.

Had a terrible room. curtains could not close completely so yo wake up when the sun goes up. it was on the front where there was a terras where people would sit to very late. so very noisy. and to make it worse there was a gym where people decided to start running on a treadmill at 05:00 so this would make a noise where you would wake up. breakfast was in another buidling. this was acceptable.

Willing to change an air-conditioned room for me free of charge. Good customer service. Good kitchen facilities. Spacious room.

Fine for a short connection. Close to the airport (~4km).

It was a good stayed , everything was perfectly clean and tidy , good location , nice front desk personal . One complaint was about some teenagers being noisy in the third floor of the hotel, slamming the doors, running and being so loud when people were trying to get some rest before going to bed. Besides of that it was good !

Receptionist allowed us to check in earlier, thanks her for that. Sauna was very good, we liked our room, it’s big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I’ll recommend it to my friends

Service is good and the breakfast is excellent with many choices of food. Near to Airport and easily get transport to airport

Very close to Chopin airport. Room was big and clean but no ac.

The hotel is comfortable, looks more like an studio apartment then hotel room but the service could be better. First night that we arrived there was no hot water available till afternoon the next day. Reception just told us that as a fact, with no apologies whatsoever. Otherwise, not bad. Quite far from the center but close to Chopin Airport.

The price is reasonable and food is good.
