I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here.
Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience.
Main concerns:
1. Reception attitude
The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer.
Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no.
2. Operational atmosphere
You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling.
3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays)
• Bad smell in the room → had to relocate
• No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this.
• Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed.
4. Housekeeping behavior
• Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond.
• Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable.
5. Fitness facilities
The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout.
6. Lobby
There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level.
7. Maintenance
Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable
Conclusion:
The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing.
I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.
