In the residential area, the taxi stopped at the entrance and went in through the door on the left. It was past 12 o'clock in the evening, and it was dark next to it... There is an elevator, but due to the structure of the building, you also need to walk up a few stairs, which is a bit inconvenient with a large luggage The reception got off work at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the flight didn't arrive until after 11 o'clock in the evening. Fortunately, I called the reception in advance and asked how to check in. They said they would send a message to my phone, but I didn't receive it. Then I found Ctrip butler, who helped me write an email. The apartment sent the gate password and the key collection process. Otherwise, it would be scary to open the dark door without the password The hygiene is OK, there is a restaurant downstairs, and the breakfast is delicious

I lived in this apart hotel for 3 nights, honestly, everything was fine. You just need to go outside to smoke.

The environmental facilities are not so good, the location is good, the TV is small, and it doesn't cost much if it is bigger. I hope it can improve, and I will continue to support you. I look forward to improving and decorating, and I will come back next time.

It's not as good as I expected. If you go to Warsaw, try not to choose a hotel like this, especially since you can't find a place with your suitcase and it's in a residential building.

Nice room, confortabile bed, but with such a bad smell in the bathroom. Some Beatles come out when I got there. Directly on the street may be we can say a little bit too noisy

This is a great apartment right in the city centre of Warsaw. We (family of 3)have stayed for a 3 nights just before Easter. Arrived before check in time, but this was not a problem as our apartment was ready. Nadia (one of the receptionist) took us straight away to our apartment - she showed us around and was very friendly. Still and sparkling water on arrival in the apartment altogether with selection of teas and coffee. Nice, quiet and clean apartment. There is supermarket right opposite and Palace of Culture and Science just 5 min (walk) away. Overall we’ve had a great time and definitely will be back!

What a nice place with all the touches and fully equipped. Close to everything including the train station when we arrived.

Apartment is spacious & comfortable for two pax. Location is near the Metro, & near the central train station. Heater in the apartment could have been warmer. Overall, a decent stay!
