Excellent hotel and great value - staff were fantastic and helpful in providing recommendations. Breakfast was good, and the hotel was located within walking distance of most sights and the Old Town. The hotel has a Chopin piano concert every night which was a real treat for a small extra fee.

Delicious food with friendly service, good breakfasts with local products, and lunch options are fine. Great location. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Minor drawbacks: the accordion bathroom door was a bit sticky and too flimsy, and we had to ask staff to properly clean the sofa.

The hotel is in a great location, with buses and trams just a short walk away. The Old Town is also within easy reach, around a 20–25 minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel itself isn’t ultra-modern, but I guess that’s intentional and part of the charm. Also each room is uniquely decorated and named after a famous person, which adds to its character. Breakfast was adequate and had enough variety. In the evenings, the hotel hosts Chopin concerts, which I really enjoyed, and guests receive a discount. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

A very friendly and cozy hotel, perfect for short stays, located 3 min from the train station and in walking distance to the main sightseeing places. Each room is named after a famous person, I stayed at Prince’s room)). “Old school” style.

Really nice hotel, clean and good location. You can walk to the old town 2 km surrounding with good restaurant. Even i stay in the smallest room type is also enough for 1 person and comfortable bed. They got lift but you have to carry your luggage and take a little step of stair.

It's a wonderful hotel that stimulates Chopin's romance. It's a two-block walk from downtown Warsaw and the Palace of Culture and Science, and the National Gallery of Art is right across the street. I've been to Chopin's concert, which is hosted every evening for dozen of years, and Ishii Toshiki's performance was really good at there.

Super quaint hotel with a great location! Everything about it came with a story or a meaning. We loved every bit of it, especially our cute room. The breakfast was really nice.

A really nice hotel with a unique charm. The hotel is very well themed and very comfortable. It’s close to the tram line and a short walk to the old town and many restaurants. It’s a little bit loud in the evenings with a few bars near by.

Beautiful hotel with a soul. Every room is different , with old furniture but clean and comfortable. Amazing music, almost every nigt in Spring and Sommer, something you cannot experience in the chain hotels. Will be back!
