Sorry, it is relatively expensive in Warsaw. The room was extremely cramped and small, everything was old, the beds creaked, and the space for activities was far less than that of youth hostels in big cities such as London and Paris! There is a kitchen for cooking, but it is quite dirty and smells bad because the facilities are too old. There are several restaurants downstairs, but there are either queues or the taste is not good. Because it is not in the new city, the transportation is not very convenient.

Overall, the hotel is very good. The location is very good. It's right in the old city. The accommodation conditions are also very good. There are curtains for sleeping. The price is very cheap. I can't find any problems.

Had pre-paid for luggage storage service. Blonde girl on desk at around 12pm today was cold and unfriendly. Said we needed the QR code which had been sent to my email. My email wouldn’t open on my phone so asked if I could use the hostel computer to access the code. She said no. When I begged, she said it was an issue of guests’ data privacy so I suggested she watch me while I log in to my email to ensure I wasn’t looking at anything I shouldn’t be. Again, she flatly said no. I was getting upset because we were in such a hurry and my email wasn’t opening. I continued to beg her to let me use the hostel computer, she kept refusing and was completely unsympathetic when I started crying, even seeming to find it funny. I asked my husband to try to reason with her to see if he would have better luck but she bluntly refused to acquiesce in any way or to discuss giving us a refund. I’ve worked in numerous hostels myself, and staff need to be kind and amiable to do the job properly. I have no idea why someone like that would want to work in a hostel when she clearly has no interest in helping or accommodating anyone. I’m also unsure as to why the owners would want to hire someone so rude and mean-spirited to represent their hostel.

Wouldn’t let me change my reservation by 1 day **despite the reservation being months away**. Sure the policy is non-refundable, but apparently that also means unreasonable. Stingy, inflexible hostel that will go to great lengths to not be accommodating, and rather inconvenience you. Would recommend anywhere else. The manager complained to me saying it was unfair to review their hostel before staying with them, but the experience of dealing with a property is what makes or breaks the overall experience at a hostel. Dealing with this hostel has been an absolute headache. I hope fellow travelers take this as a warning to how painful dealing with this property is, and just know that they don't really care to make your experience working with them a good one. As you can see by their, another manager has complained to me about leaving a poor review. They say their policy said non-refundable, and the policy of no modification was NOT clearly stated, although it was only deep in the fine print. Also they lied and said a free cancellation option was available, but the only options were non-refundable. I've attached an image showing that they do not offer non-refundable rates, and that their "no modification" policy is not clearly stated. And also, their tone may sound nice, but I've attached a screenshot of the booking conversation where they are much less professional (which was also Wiktoria). They keep asking me for respect, but what respectful property would lie and talk to their guests this way?

We had an exclusive twin room with en-suite. It was very basic and small as expected, but comfortable. Had to queue for 20 mins to check in at 4pm. Great location for the old town but note this is a very long walk from the train stations, we had to get an Uber. Breakfast not included, so we chose to go elsewhere.

Stayed here for a day after having spent two very nice days in a nearby hostel. The hostel is average, nice common area at the 4th floor, nice dorms but the building in itself is very interior and there's no external space. I would have given 4 stars, but they ask you to pay 10 zlt to leave your luggage after check-out even if for a few hours: it's not a lot but never happened to me before and I have been in quite a number of different hostels in different countries.

I really enjoyed the friends I met from around the world. They were also very accommodating and helpful at every turn. Thank you for following the law when many others won't in regards to service dogs staying Blue and i will be back

Stayed here for one night while visiting Warsaw. This place is a few minutes from old town. There are many places to eat and drink near by. I had a private room with bathroom. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. My room was basic and comfortable. The bathroom smelled a little weird but not horrible. I was closer to street level and it was loud at night since it was the weekend. Overall, this was a comfortable place for a night

For the money I paid it was really nice. Close to the centre, there is a bus just outside of the hotel. The only thing I can complain about is that i found an earplug on the floor that wasn't ours. In addition I was waking up really early because of the sun light. The blind curtains were small. Nevertheless I would recommend it.

Hostel is in a good location, clean, was easy to amend booking, washing was cheap and easy. Great communal area and kitchen. Enjoyed my stay. Every time I went to reception there was a queue which was a little annoying, pillow was a bit pathetic and was only 1 toilet between 2 rooms.

We found this options on the Airbnb - a privātie room with bathroom. It was just for one night so the main accent was on the price. However, Safestay turner out to be excellent - friendly reception staff, great location, room was clean and cozy. And breakfest was included! :) One of the best hostel breakfasts we have had so far - You could choose from 3 options - sweet, salty and vegan. The salty options was really good! Overall, a really pleasant stay, highly recommended! :)
