Perfect stay~

The hotel it self are superb with delicate design. Those staff are all so kind and offer nice service. Especially just next to old town by walking 1 mins. Enjoy to stay here for the last two nights. If I got change to back to Warsaw. Def gonna stay here again.

The hotel boasts a prime location, right next to Warsaw's Old Town. It appears to be a converted palace, rebuilt after World War II, with modern interior design. The only drawback is that due to the building's structure, footsteps and conversations are quite noticeable near the entrance.

The room design is modern, but I don't know why, there is a smell. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast quality is good. When I booked, they said there was a swimming pool, but when I arrived, they said the swimming pool was under maintenance and could not be used. The hotel courtyard restaurant faces the old city and has a good view, but it must be booked in advance. There are not many seats and it is quite popular.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The hotel overall seemed very impersonal and poorly designed. The service left a lot to be desired - the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or helpful. Our room card was blocked before 12pm and there was no water pressure in the shower. Only the location and the bed were very good. The rooms also didn't meet our expectations, which was a big disappointment. Both the greeting and the farewell were very unprofessional and cold. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

It is almost the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, there was no receptionist or security guard at the gate. I dragged my suitcase and luggage for a long way on the stone road and got to the room by myself. 2. There was only one person at the front desk, and the service attitude was average. When I met the hotel staff at night, I didn't say hello. 3. The elevator of the hotel is extremely shabby, not even as good as the elevator of a 2-star express hotel. 4. The public area of ​​the hotel is simple and the gym facilities are very few. 5. I pressed the light to clean the room, but no one cleaned it. 6. The shower head cannot be moved to a higher height. 7. There are very few breakfast categories. 8. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together, which is very uncomfortable and not comfortable at all. The only advantage is that the location is not bad, but Warsaw itself is not big, and there are many hotels with good locations. I don't know how this hotel is marketed. It shouldn't even be counted as a five-star hotel. It is strongly not recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of ​​the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine. The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals. The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.
