Very well organised. Staff very helpful. Gorgeous bathroom and Elemis toiletries. Pool was busy and hydro pool a bit cool for me but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I found the hotel bedroom had poor heating i ask at reception if they could tufn the heating up in the room they said, i had to wear a coat in the restaurant fir an evening meal they told me the heating was not on

It wasn't clearly explained to us, as first time guests, that there were absolutely no options to eat or drink at the hotel after 5pm on New Years Eve!!
We spent a disappointing evening in our room.

The room was nice. The bathroom was clean and the towels fluffy! The Elemis toiletries were nice. The breakfast area was busy and we had to sit at a lower table.
