The showerhead was leaking and the water temperature couldn't be adjusted. I stayed for three nights, and I reported the issue to the front desk every single night. Even on my last day, the problem was still there. I got scalded by the hot water every evening, which made showering and sleeping uncomfortable. Next time? There won't be a next time.

Only concern is the TV. So complicate that even after 2 days did not manage to operate it.

The location is pretty good. I stayed an extra night, but it was still quite cold in Washington D.C. during the Spring Festival, and the room wasn't very warm either. You definitely need to bring an extra blanket. There were no slippers or toothbrushes. The front desk service was acceptable.

The hotel location is okay; there's a Whole Foods store about a 5-6 minute walk away. I wouldn't recommend staying on the first floor, as it's extremely cold. There are no toothbrushes or slippers provided…

At that time, I searched for a place close to the White House, and this one had the highest rating. I chose it based on the rating, and this is what happened.

This is a 100% Classic Hotel. But that doesn't make it a bad hotel, no sir, quite the opposite. From the moment you arrive, the attention provided by the staff members is wonderful. They are attentive to your requirements and always provide the best and with the best attitude. They also have a guest laundry where with a few coins you can leave your clothes clean again to continue with your trip. The breakfast is spectacular, although you have to get up early to find the free waffle and pancake machine.
