Grand Hyatt Washington

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's directly connected to a subway station, which is super convenient. Right across the street, there are bird shops and luxury boutiques, great for browsing. Chinatown is also less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel service is excellent. The housekeeper was very proactive in cleaning my room, and it was spotless. They also provided an extra bathrobe for me. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the US. The facilities are top-notch, and they provide disposable slippers and bathrobes. The staff are very warm and helpful, and their service attitude is wonderful.

This classic hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The location, ambiance, and service are all excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The hotel's location is great; it was very convenient for my nearby conference, and it's not far from the memorial parks. The area between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial is perfect for a run. Washington D.C. feels quite safe, so I didn't worry about getting around.

My husband and I take a trip together every year, and this year it was near New York. The hotel's location was excellent, not far from any of the attractions. We rented bikes for a day, which made getting around much easier and saved our legs!

Convenient location and very new room facilities.

The room was spacious and the location was good, so I was quite satisfied. The only thing is the high taxes, which need to be paid separately upon arrival.
