The Apartments at CityCenter

WOMEN BE MINDFUL OF SECURITY VIOLATIONS AND CONCERNS if you choose to stay at "Apartments at City Center" Location of the Apartments at City Center is Nice, but not very safe. Below are a few concerns i have about this place. 1. SECURITY CONCERNS: Despite multiple requests to have staff NOT ENTER my apartment without me there and to call me before... they still let themselves in. The maintenance staff continues to just do what they want when they want. My requests were communicated but IGNORED not once not twice but four times (today, July 20, 2023 being final straw). Management of this building has been notified on numerous occasions, but the disrespect continues to happen. Today, when requested to discuss this matter with upper management, they delayed and didn't take matter serious tasking the receptionist to mediate the situation. My company is paying for this unit while I'm here on official assignment. I must report this security violation as it's not beneficial for us to stay in a place that can't comprehend simple directives. Furthermore, doors don't have a second lock to prevent anyone from walking in whenever they feel like it... this was the second incident I had. Maintenance man knocked barely then let himself in w a key while I was in apartment not fully dressed so I yelled for him to get out and reported the incident. Of course, he let himself in at a later time for a different matter on a different occasion, not notifying me or calling me beforehand. 2. CLEANLINESS OF BUILDING: Cleaning staff is a bit mediocre because notice same dust on equipment base in gym for weeks and stains on glass throughout building so makes me wonder how efficient the cleaners are. 3. See Photos for proof of exchange... multiple corporate housing companies rent out at this location, so please be mindful of setup if you choose to stay there as an official.
