AC Hotel Washington DC Capitol Hill Navy Yard

I booked a room with a view, but ended up in a really noisy room close to the highway. When I complained to the hotel and asked to switch rooms, they moved me to a room without a view, and there was no apology or explanation whatsoever. There's also a bar right below the hotel, and people were still being loud in the hallway at 2 AM. The area around the hotel isn't very safe either. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

The room is very big, and the bed is wide. It is said that it can accommodate three to four people. I originally booked a twin room for my son to stay with me. The hygiene is also OK. There is a supermarket across the street for convenient living. However, I found that the room was not cleaned on the second day. It doesn't matter if I live alone. The room is not messy. However, the drinking water was not replenished. Two fist-sized bottles of water were given on the first day. I returned to the hotel at around 9 o'clock on the second night and found that there was no water. I wanted to go to the supermarket to buy some, but it was closed. There is a small bar on the first floor of the hotel that sells all drinks but no water. I left something behind when I left the hotel. I called and they asked the housekeeping department to contact me, but there was no news. I didn't remember it until I left DC. In general, there is still a lot of room for improvement in all aspects of service.

The location is good, but be careful when parking. The room is about the same level as domestic three-star hotels. The attitude of the hotel staff is good. The breakfast is a traditional American breakfast, and the taste is ok.
