2500 Penn, a Placemakr Experience

I really liked the location; the bus stop is right outside the door, and you can quickly get to the city center. What I didn't like was that for a room designed for six people, there were only four chairs, and no plates, glasses, or cutlery for the other two. Also, we used the parking, and it was outdoors, but they charged us as if it were an indoor parking. They should have two prices, one for indoor and one for outdoor, because the protection isn't the same.

The location was excellent, very close to the subway station and a supermarket. The facilities were clean, and the Hollywood star photos displayed were very tasteful – it was a wonderful hotel. I also appreciated the water refill station next to the first-floor restroom; it was a subtle but helpful amenity.

Our stay at this hotel in Washington was excellent. The welcome was warm and professional, and the room was spacious, very clean, and perfectly equipped. The staff were always available and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for visiting the city's main attractions, with plenty of restaurants and public transport nearby. The breakfast was varied and of very good quality. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would gladly return on our next visit to Washington. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience!
