The room was compact and small, but the cleanliness was good. There was plenty of convenient public space. The design style was modern, and the location was decent, about a 20-minute walk from Union Station and 35 minutes from attractions like the Parliament Buildings. A major drawback was the absence of cups for water, drinking water, and tooth-brushing. The room was also quite cold, with the heating only going up to 24 degrees Celsius, and the duvet was too thin. I asked the front desk for a heater, but it was still cold, so I ended up sleeping in a thick tracksuit all three nights. Additionally, the shower stall had no handrails, making it unfriendly for older guests. All controls being on an iPad was also inconvenient.

My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. It's relatively new, and the breakfast was great – they even had salmon in the buffet, which is rare to find in the US! I appreciated the self-check-in and self-check-out, and there was no deposit required. As a Marriott member, I was also able to get a late checkout. The only downsides were that there was some ongoing renovation during my stay, and the room was quite small.

The location is quite convenient, about a six or seven-minute walk from the subway station. All the facilities are pretty new, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Luggage storage is also free, which makes it a pretty good hotel.

This hotel offers a fantastic overall experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, with plenty of dining options and convenient transportation nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with new and practical facilities. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a restful stay. The front desk staff are warm and professional, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. It's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

A stylish business hotel near the station. The room was clean but incredibly small. It's really designed for solo business travelers. There weren't even any glasses in the room, which was a bit inconvenient when brushing my teeth. Breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly and made for a pleasant stay.
