"We stayed here for two nights over the Dragon Boat Festival in 2021, and our experience was fantastic. It was our child's first time at an all-inclusive family resort, so they were thrilled with the abundance of activities. Plus, there was a special evening party for the holiday, which was a lot of fun. This time, our child is older, so perhaps the novelty wasn't as strong, but we still experienced the staff's professional service. The food was delicious, and the desserts were amazing, especially the black sesame cake at lunch on the second day – truly up to five-star hotel homemade standards. On the day we arrived, the hotel thoughtfully added an extra bed for free, and we also upgraded our package and paid the difference. The room also provided special toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes for children. All in all, it was a very pleasant trip. If I had to point out one minor flaw, it would be the hairdryer in the room. It was still one of those foldable models; it would be great if they could upgrade to a more modern, high-speed, bladeless one."

"I came to see the train to spring and booked a B&B for one night. The B&B is very close to Juyongguan, Shuiguan and Badaling, about 10 minutes' drive away, and convenient for travel. The room I lived in had two 1.8 beds, and we lived in a spacious room with 4 adults and one child. The room also has a sunken platform living room, where the family can make tea and chat together comfortably. You can see the Great Wall train passing by the window of the room, and you can also see the spring flowers on the opposite mountain. It is a great viewing platform. But it is a bit noisy when the train passes by. Finally, I would like to improve the hygiene of the room. Although the sheets and bedding are still clean, the floor is very dirty, and the toilet sewer smells heavy. The breakfast buffet of the B&B is also rich, and the Gagaxiang iron pot stew at the door is also delicious. Overall, it is still highly recommended, and the cost performance is very high!"

"Xishan Hot Springs is truly perfect for the whole family, from the elderly to children. The seniors felt comfortable, the kids had a blast, and we felt at ease throughout our entire stay. The environment was clean and warm, and there were many hot spring pools with just the right water temperature. The elderly found it relaxing and rejuvenating, and there wasn't much walking involved, with plenty of rest areas available to sit down whenever tired. Kids have their own dedicated water play area with shallow pools that are safe and fun. There's also a children's playground, slides, and go-karts – enough to keep them entertained all day long. Plus, there's a childcare service so parents can relax for a while, which is a very thoughtful touch. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, and attention to detail was evident, taking great care of both seniors and children. Also, their Four Seasons Restaurant really knows how to cater to foodies! Our overall experience this Chinese New Year was fantastic, and I must commend it. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety; it was more for a quick bite to fill you up, suitable for those who wake up early and just want something light. However, the dinner buffet was truly outstanding. They had everything: seafood, BBQ, hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. You could grab salmon, oysters, roasted lamb leg, grilled durian, and crayfish to your heart's content, with each person limited to half a lobster. The taste was on point, and they refilled dishes quickly. There were so many options we couldn't even try them all – we left feeling incredibly satisfied. The late-night supper was an even bigger surprise! It was perfect for when we were tired from playing all day and got hungry at night. They had steaming hot xiaolongbao and various noodle dishes, all with great flavor and generous portions. Having hot food late at night felt incredibly comforting. Service was also attentive, with quick plate clearing and a clean, comfortable environment. Overall, breakfast was simple, dinner was lavish and enjoyable, and the late-night supper was heartwarming and just right. It's an all-in-one place for dining and entertainment where everyone in the family can find something to enjoy. It's not tiring or troublesome, and the value for money is pretty good. If you're traveling with elderly family members and children, this is the place to choose – hassle-free and comfortable. A highly recommended spot! 😎😎😎"

"My kids wanted to go swimming, so after comparing a few options, I chose this hotel. All the hotels near the International Horticultural Exhibition are close to each other and each has its own unique features. This one was more convenient for kids to play in the water, with lots of slides inside. The outdoor area looked beautiful too, but we didn't go out due to the weather. When booking, I'd requested a 3 PM check-in, and they really listened to my advice, haha! We arrived at 2 PM and waited half an hour to check-in. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the juices were all 100% pure fruit juice—I even saw the staff pouring them, which was a big plus. They gave us tickets for the International Horticultural Exhibition Lantern Festival. We didn't go during the day but went in the evening. It was huge inside, but since it was after the ***** New Year, there weren't many activities besides looking at the lanterns. That was a bit disappointing. Tickets to the iQIYI Qibabu Amusement Park were also included, which was perfect for energetic kids. It's super big, and you could easily spend a whole day there. You can even leave for meals and come back. There are restrooms and plenty of resting spots inside, and power banks are available, which is very convenient for families with kids. It's just so big that following them around is exhausting! If it weren't so far, I'd definitely consider coming back."

"The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. Our room had a large bed, and the sofa converted into another double bed, so it easily accommodated four people. The room itself was very spacious and even included a decent-sized private hot tub, which is great if you prefer not to use the public springs. There's also a walk-in closet and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The public hot springs are spread across two levels: the first floor and the top floor. The first floor has some small swimming pools and kids' pools, though the outdoor pool there was closed due to the cold weather. The top floor features over a dozen herbal hot springs, including some for children, and an outdoor infinity pool – it’s fantastic to soak in during winter. I noticed four restaurants at the hotel: a large cafe near the entrance offering light meals, a noodle house inside the hotel that's quite good value, and the hotel's main restaurant, where you can order à la carte or enjoy a buffet on Saturday/Sunday evenings. The buffet was 228 RMB per person when we visited, with a good variety of seafood, stir-fries, and Western dishes, making it decent value for money. Breakfast, included in the room rate, also had a wide selection. There's also a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant. Parking was convenient. Since it's a new hotel, the cleanliness was impeccable. The surroundings are lovely, with a river nearby and mountains behind the hotel that have hiking trails. Outdoors, there's a mini-bike practice area, a basketball court, and a three-story 'Trendy Play' complex with a bouncy castle, claw machines, other amusement rides, computers, and some tech-based entertainment. However, these attractions require purchasing a package and aren't free. The front desk staff and other employees were all very polite and helpful. Special shoutout to Xiao Xuan at the front desk, who resolved many of our issues quickly and efficiently. Complimentary tea is available in most buildings. The service was excellent; we stayed in Building 6, and we could check out directly from our building without needing to go to the main lobby."

"The B&B is very close to Gubei Water Town. After a trip to Gubei, I brought my family here and booked two courtyards. The dual courtyard design perfectly blends two extreme styles: the camping-style courtyard: a canopy, a bonfire, and evening conversations under the stars, a blend of wild charm and romance; the Japanese-style quiet courtyard: a dry landscape garden, the dim light of paper lanterns, a tranquil space filled with Zen. The surprise: No need to travel far, experience both the ”freedom of the wilderness” and the ”wabi-sabi aesthetic” in one stay. Every photo is a breathtaking moment. The courtyard is set away from the main road, with only the sound of wind, birdsong, and even the rustling of falling leaves to be heard. Old trees weave through the courtyard, moss-covered stone paths, and every corner is in sync with the breath of nature. The independent courtyard is isolated from distractions, truly achieving the ideal state of ”seclusion without being secluded.” 💯 Service: Detail-oriented, healing care. Butler-style, attentive service: From check-in instructions to itinerary suggestions, responses are prompt and warm. Masters of creating ambiance, they quietly illuminate the courtyard lights at night to add fuel to the camping experience. Living Experience: A blend of style and comfort. The quiet rooms exude a sense of luxury while the camping rooms are rugged yet refined. Bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, with abundant hot water. Facilities are meticulously maintained."

"We booked this accomodatjon to get a taste of hot spring in winter. None the less, I’ve no regrets booking this hotel. The rooms were spacious and has a villa feel to it. It may get a little warm when using the hot tub so do ventilate if you need to. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet spread was decent too. It is located at the outskirts of Beijing but food is available nearby. I’d recommend giving this place a try if you need a nice hot soak during your trip in Beijing."

"The rooms are clean and tidy, and come with a balcony. When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room."

"The room definitely met five-star standards, and so did the service. After booking, Cherry contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs. Seeing that I had two children, she even thoughtfully gave us a go-karting voucher. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The breakfast restaurant was spacious, offered a wide variety of choices, and the quality was excellent. There were also many activities for children. My only slight disappointment was the go-karting service, which was just average; I'm not sure if it's not managed by the hotel. Overall, the new 699 package was incredibly good value for money."

The surrounding environment is serene, embraced by mountains, offering fresh air and a escape from the city's hustle and bustle – a perfect place to connect with nature. • **Accommodation:** The entire B&B covers 3500 square meters and comprises 7 courtyards. Each courtyard is an independent space, ensuring privacy. The courtyards have diverse styles and themes, so whether you prefer a tranquil, zen-like water feature, a sky garden, or a private hot spring bath, you'll find something to your liking. The rooms are clean and tidy, with new facilities and soft, comfortable bedding that guarantees a great night's sleep. The public areas are also spacious, warmly and elegantly decorated – perfect for reading or simply relaxing. • **Service:** The staff provided warm and thoughtful service. From the attentive guidance at the front desk during check-in to their responsiveness to our requests after settling in, everything left us feeling genuinely cared for. The cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless and meticulously prepared all amenities. If we had any questions or wanted to know about local attractions, they patiently answered and offered recommendations. • **Food:** I must praise their food! The ingredients were fresh, and everything was seasoned perfectly, tasting absolutely delicious with generous portions. Whether it was local specialties or home-style dishes, everything satisfied our taste buds and significantly boosted our appetite. • **Nearby Activities:** Besides Gubei Water Town, there are many other interesting places to visit nearby. The B&B occasionally organizes baking activities for children, where they can make their own birthday cakes, which is great fun. For nature lovers, you can also hike and stroll in the surrounding mountains, experiencing the charm of nature. Choosing the Fan Yu Bu Fan B&B this time was absolutely the right decision; everything was impeccable. If I have the chance to visit this area again, I will definitely choose it again, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"
