"More than 800 meters away from the Lushan cableway, less than 20 minutes walk. The homestay is on the beach. It is very pleasant to sit on the beach and eat late at night. You can see the sunrise when you lie in the room on the second floor. The hotel service is good. If you want to relax in a daze, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Traveling during the May Day holiday, I had significantly lowered my expectations for hotels, just hoping my child would have a good time. To my surprise, even though this hotel has been open for so long, it's still incredibly well-maintained. The front desk staff, Yawen, was super efficient in handling our check-in and addressing various issues throughout our stay. The hotel also has hot springs, which is very convenient, and offers a one-stop experience for activities like clam digging, horse riding, and general fun. Any time we needed something delivered to the room or had luggage-related questions, it was resolved instantly. I'm truly amazed by the management here; for a hotel with 700 rooms, to operate so efficiently during the May Day holiday is incredible. The room is beautiful. In the morning, opening the window in our sea view room felt like stepping into a Miyazaki anime, and at night, with the lights on, it was like being in Hogwarts Castle."

"While the service was acceptable, the facilities were a letdown. It was really a hit or miss experience. Service: Acceptable. I've stayed at numerous Crowne Plaza hotels across different locations. The lobby staff at this particular hotel were good. Room service was too slow. Guest services for in-room requests were also slow, possibly due to high occupancy, which is understandable. However, the guest service line went unanswered twice during the evening of my check-in, forcing me to call the concierge desk in the lobby instead. Housekeeping: The overall cleanliness was good, but they were quite stingy. The tissue box only had a few tissues left and wasn't refilled after cleaning. I'm not sure if this is a cost-cutting measure, but it meant I had to call again to request more, which ironically wastes more staff time. Facilities: I stayed in room 965. The toilet in the living room bathroom of suite 965 was clogged. Initially, I thought my child had clogged it, but after housekeeping unclogged it the next morning, I realized that no matter when it was used, even just flushing water, the toilet simply didn't drain properly. I'm not sure if the toilet is old or what the issue is, but it invariably clogs with any use. Even pouring juice in, you'd find it doesn't flush completely. So, it needs either repair or replacement. The air conditioning in the living room worked somewhat normally, but the bedroom AC barely blew any air, as if it was blocked. Even set to the lowest temperature (16 degrees Celsius), the room temperature consistently stayed at 27 degrees and wouldn't cool down. Booking and communication with guest services were not smooth: I had clearly stated a late evening check-in and requested an extra bed when booking. The hotel had explicitly confirmed that it would be arranged in advance that afternoon. However, upon arrival at the front desk, they had no record of this and only then started arranging it. Furthermore, when adding the extra bed at the front desk, breakfast was also added for the extra person. But the next morning, we were turned away at the restaurant entrance because their system didn't show the additional guest. It was a hassle to go back and forth twice. The restaurant was already crowded in the morning, and being kept waiting outside was definitely frustrating. I don't blame the restaurant staff; they were just doing their job, but it was clear that even though breakfast had been added, it couldn't be found in their system, making the whole process very inefficient. In summary, having stayed at many Crowne Plaza hotels in different locations, this particular Crowne Plaza really needs to step up its game. On a positive note, the ocean view from the room was great."

"The location of the homestay is at the entrance of the checkpoint of Lushan Scenic Area, which is very convenient. After booking, the staff will contact and establish a special multi-to-one service group to help us report the vehicle and make sure that we can enter the scenic spot normally. The location of the room we chose is particularly good, highly recommended, on the third floor, facing the sea, is a great location to watch the sunrise, you can see the panoramic view of the sunrise in the room. The hotel has its own restaurant. In front of the restaurant is the reef catching sea area. You can let children watch the sea. After the tide, take the children to enjoy the fun of catching small crabs. It is recommended to bring sea gloves. The stone will paddle. There are other tourists setting off fireworks at the beach at night. I admire the fireworks on the sea. It is beautiful! In terms of environmental sanitation and sound insulation, there is a lack of relative five-star hotels, and passengers with high requirements can compare it."

"A reassuring choice, highly recommended! It was worth the time and effort to compare options before our trip, and finally choosing this hotel. First, the location is fantastic. The hotel is right within the scenic area, a two-minute walk from the entrance to Yangkou Scenic Area. It was so close that I ended up walking too far while chatting with a friend after we walked down the mountain. 😂 Second, the hotel is beautiful. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer a direct view of the ocean across the street. Draw the curtains and watch the sunset at night and the sunrise in the morning. Third, the hotel has a swimming pool, which the kids had a blast playing in. If you want to play in the water, it's recommended to do so before 6 PM, as the water can get a bit cooler after sunset."

"I stumbled upon this guesthouse on Ctrip, and all the reviews mentioned how clean and comfortable it was. After staying for 2 nights, I definitely wasn't disappointed. The owner is very welcoming, and I even got to experience living in a 'seaside villa' – haha! Compared to a hotel, this guesthouse really gives you a 'home away from home' feeling; it's quiet and cozy. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a little past the Yangkou checkpoint. It's incredibly convenient for hiking Mount Lao, taking the cable car, driving along the coastal road, and visiting Yangkou Beach. It truly felt like a vacation with my family! The sea-view room on the third floor offers a breathtaking view, and the second-floor balcony is perfect for photos. The room was very quiet at night, unlike hotels where you often hear the humming of the air conditioning. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip! **Cleanliness:** Clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. **Service:** The owner is enthusiastic, and the breakfast provided was thoughtfully prepared. **Amenities:** Well-equipped facilities and a spacious courtyard."

"客觀一點講： 環境：沒得説，重新裝修後是面朝大海春暖花開的感受，樓下就是海泉灣遊樂園，穿個泳衣出屋就可以泡澡了，不想去外面泡還可以在屋裡泡，而且挑高非常高，感覺四五米有了，絕對是值得的海景房，這點比皇冠好些。 衞生：新裝修的，臟不到哪去，但離滿分也有點距離，4.5吧。 服務：客房阿姨人都很好，很熱情温暖，我們需要多兩瓶水也立刻給我們拿過來了。前台吧，人太少了，偌大一個四星級酒店，前台衹有一個窗口，又要顧進出閘機，又要顧入住，根本忙不過來，而且時長三四家一起辦入住，等得讓人心焦，辦個入住得做好花20分鐘的準備。 設施：可以説智能化很好了，屋裡的小度可以控制燈光、窗簾、開關電視等等，還可以給孩子唱催眠曲，很適合帶娃。早上拉開窗簾，温暖的陽光加上小度清新的晨曲，洗個澡，特別有度假的感覺。 不足的： 1.屋裡有除濕機，但建議配個小米空氣凈化器。新裝修的味道還是挺重的，想通風吧，屋裡除了通往陽台的門，沒有其他的透氣窗，出於美感，朝海一面的玻璃都不是窗户，陽台門也沒有設定紗窗，久開容易進蚊蟲。帶孩子來的最好帶上驅蚊噴霧。中央空調裏的空氣也不是那麼新鮮。 2.吃個早餐要走一千米。早餐時我很不幸的到了皇冠才發現自己沒帶餐券，又千里迢迢回去取了一趟餐券，吃完一看微信步數已經三千了。雖然和温泉近在咫尺，但每天步數輕輕鬆鬆過一萬，因為客房是個半圓，到哪兒都遠。 3.退房要求在中午12點前，過一個小時要加138塊錢，這是入住説明上寫的，不知是不是真這麼執行的，但確實讓我們玩得不夠盡興，心中總有個警鈴在響。 房間是真的很美，下回在皇冠和這裏之間選擇，我還是會選擇這裏。"

"The boss's service was really good. He helped us with our luggage and sent us to the courtyard. He spent half a day adjusting the position of the parasol on the balcony. He also told us that we arrived just in time for the sea to open, so we ran to the pier to buy seafood at very reasonable prices. When we came back in the evening, the boss gave us crabs to eat. We slept to the sound of the waves. We woke up early the next day and saw a very beautiful sunrise at the South Courtyard.
