"This Intercontinental is truly a paradise for families with kids! Located in Shenzhen city center, it's like an urban oasis. The outdoor pool is huge and even has a sandy beach. The only minor issue was the boat, which had just been repainted and had a strong odor. In the afternoon, there are bubble parties. They also have a free merry-go-round and you can feed the fish. It's conveniently located, and ordering food delivery is easy. My only real complaint is that the room design feels a bit dated, and the bed faces the sliding bathroom door. Also, if your room faces the outdoor play area, be prepared for some noise from people singing karaoke late at night. Still, these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience."

"Stepping into the lobby, we were immediately struck by its playful, child-friendly design and sophisticated color palette. Upon arrival, a bellhop proactively escorted us to the front desk for check-in. Since we had a lot of luggage with our whole family, the staff enthusiastically and tirelessly helped us with our bags. The front desk staff thoughtfully introduced us to nearby attractions and even offered a WeChat concierge service. Their warm and friendly smiles made us feel completely at ease. It’s clear the hotel staff are incredibly dedicated, and their uniforms also reflected the family-friendly theme. Knowing we had children, they even arranged a birthday setup in our room beforehand. We were so surprised and touched when we entered – it truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities were excellent too. The four-piece bath amenities in the room were from ACCA KAPPA, a century-old Italian brand, and felt luxurious, which our family absolutely loved. The cleanliness was impeccable, and they even provided a secure children's bed rail with no gaps, showing their dedication to every guest. The environment was elegant and the air quality was good. The Western buffet breakfast now features freshly made rice rolls, a delightful Cantonese specialty. The Western salads, desserts, and breads were all delicious. Before check-out, the front desk gave us a farewell gift and arranged a taxi for us. We definitely look forward to visiting again!"

"The room was clean enough. We stayed on the lower floor, and guests on the upper floors had to pass through the hallway outside our room to leave the guesthouse, which was inconvenient for women in pajamas. There was only one karaoke machine, so if other guests were staying at the same time, we had to compete with them for it. The guests upstairs didn't want us to use the karaoke equipment, but because we had confirmed with the guesthouse staff beforehand that karaoke was available, the owner compensated us by letting us go to a neighboring guesthouse to sing (without extra charge)."

"Hotel is conveniently right in front of the beach, between all the restaurants and bars. Room was very clean and comfortable, and has high tech toilet seat, hair dryer, shower. Decoration and vibe was relaxing, easy to get to Dapeng Fortress ( 1km walk) , 20 mins drive to Angel Bay, Shell Bay etc. Swimming Pool is just right height and size for younger kids ( 0.8m) though some toys were broken + needed to use the pool net to scoop up some bugs. Gym could be improved.. Breakfast was simple but yummy. Dumplings, Corn, few 包's , congee, eggs, soybean milk. We liked that the hotel has its own coffee shop with 20% off for hotel guests Photography session was swift and professional with 阿方, we had loads of great pictures that it was quite sad we initially could only pick 3, that would be edited, and all the other photos even unedited wouldnt be sent/saved. We loved the session so much we paid ¥599 for the package to get all the photos."

"We booked with package dinner buffet & photography service. + Dinner buffet have many varieties of seafood also Asian & Western cuisine. They also give beer, wine, drink cans etc. + Free photography service also nice. The photographer very nice & easy going. He gave us many model & place to take photo. They give free 5 raw photos. If you want edited photo it cost 50RMB/photo. + The room very nice, big and clean as you can expected from 5 stars hotel. We request for our anniversary wedding & they gave us chocolate cake in the room. Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap from by redo it's have nice smell. Also we get Dameisha Beach view from our room. + The staff very helpful from check in until check out. - Not too many shop near the hotel. But have McDonalds, 711, local store. You can walk/ride bus to 8 Outlets it's small branded outlets but nice to walk around. - The location far from Dameisha MTR around 1.4km. Also it's difficult to order DiDi, I ordered so many times but don't get. Then we decide to walk to MTR back to Hong Kong. I hope the hotel can give shuttle bus from Dameisha MTR to hotel. Overall it's nice hotel because they we can direct go to beach & enjoy the beach. Thank you 😀"
