"## Facilities: We booked a family room, which came with two single beds and a bunk bed – perfect for families with two kids these days. The bathroom had kid-friendly amenities and a small step stool. There's also a children's pool downstairs. ## Service: Staying here means you can catch the hotel's special train in the mornings, which runs every 20 minutes or so. We stayed during Chinese New Year, so there were some festive activities, and they even organized some mini-games for everyone in the evenings. During our stay, there were quite a few Indian guests who liked to cut in line, almost causing a dispute with some of the Chinese guests. It would be great if the hotel could put up 'no cutting in line' signs in English in the lobby. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was really good. With so many young children running around, the staff kept a close eye to make sure no dogs entered the hotel, which was a good touch. ## Environment: The surroundings were beautiful, filled with birdsong and blooming flowers."

Waking up in the morning and drawing the curtains revealed the shimmering sea and distant mountains; in the evening, the sunset painted the sky a soft pink and purple. Soaking in the bathtub in the room, watching the sea blend into the sky, all my fatigue just melted away. 🛏️ Room & Facilities: The room design was minimalist and modern, spacious, and incredibly well-lit. The white bathtub perfectly complemented the sea view, truly making it the focal point of the entire room. The bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. 💡 Details & Service: From check-in to room service, I experienced meticulous and thoughtful attention. "Summary: Highly recommended for families with kids! This is the ultimate parent-child hotel in downtown Shenzhen! Facilities: It boasts a non-powered amusement park, a carousel, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor water play area, an outdoor sand beach, and a mini-train! You can even get free fish food from the restaurant to feed the koi! Kids can easily spend two full days here without getting bored! Room: The front desk saw we had two kids and upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment. It's incredibly spacious, with three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. There's even a washing machine (perfect for spin-drying swimsuits after water play or drying wet clothes)! Absolutely perfect! Buffet: The package included two buffet meals: breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, you can pick your own fruit in a little basket and have the staff make fresh juice – that alone is unbeatable! Compared to other five-star hotels, there are so many made-to-order options for breakfast (even more than the pre-made ones), plus freshly steamed rice rolls, a Guangdong specialty! The dinner buffet selection isn't huge, but they have oysters, shrimp, crab, sashimi, lamb racks, and pan-fried beef, all of excellent quality! The desserts were especially festive, as it was Easter!"
