The lobby was spacious and bright upon arrival, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage and guiding us through the check-in process – their service was truly exceptional. The room itself was cozy and elegantly decorated, with all the facilities being fully equipped and brand new. The hot springs were the biggest highlight for me; there was a fantastic variety of pools, including traditional Chinese herbal baths and romantic rose petal pools. Soaking in the warm water melted all my fatigue away. After the hot spring, we could even enjoy some delicate refreshments in the relaxation area. The hotel restaurant's food was also commendable – fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The surrounding environment was beautiful, with crisp, clean air. I genuinely feel this trip was incredibly worthwhile and I'll definitely be bringing my family and friends back again!"
