Exceptional staff at reception Caroline, Hannah ,Fiona and Grainne who l spoke to on the phone. The room, service and food were wonderful and we will be back. A special word of thanks to Hannah who located a missing item and organised it to be posted home to us

Huge big thank you to all the brilliant staff in the tower hotel yesterday, amazing as usual, meal was delicious, they looked after everything for our fathers funeral, super views from their upstairs windows, thank you all so much once again.

My Parents Michael and Eileen McEvoy stayed here last weekend and asked me to post their review. From the moment they arrived the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful, the room beautiful and they couldn’t fault a single thing. My wife and I just got married in the Tower hotel May 2024.From the moment we booked our wedding 2 years ago we were looked after to the highest standard.Aine the Wedding Coordinator is amazing.She is so nice, helpful and accommodating.She made the build up to our wedding stress free. And as for the wedding day,Wow!We had our ceremony in the Tower also.The room looked fantastic.Everything was perfect.The drinks reception was lovely, great selection of food and drinks and lovely private area.The wedding meal was absolutely fantastic!Amy and all the staff were brilliant, service was quick and nothing was missed.The food was delicious,in particular the featherblade of beef.The excellent service continued right up until we checked out the following morning.Our guests are raving about the hotel which is great for us to know they had such a good day.I cannot speak highly enough about it.Aine, Amy, Michael,all the staff 10/10!!!! thank you so much, Shane and Gemma Ryan.

Reservation was made so easy by the staff, the Check in staff and Susie were so helpful. Katelan was very helpful in me choosing my meal for dinner, the meal was first class. My room was well laid out, For Breakfast there was a very good selection I have stayed in The Tower Hotel Waterford many times and I will be back

Staff are top class. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Lovely breakfast too. Also the music in the bar created a great atmosphere. Comfortable beds. It was very busy when we were there but still felt like everyone was accommodated well. Great location too!

booked a 3 night stay May28/30th Room 115; very comfortable room/Breakfast & dinners in Hobans restaurant first class. My car developed engine trouble on our second day leaving car in Waterford for repairs; special thanks to Reception staff who arranged taxis to garage & rail station
