Faithlegg Hotel

Stayed for two nights package deal. Beautiful Hotel, food was excellent, great choices. Staff couldn't do enough to help you. Will definitely return. Big thank you to all the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they are a credit to the Hotel.

We were part of a 21 people tour group, and after 2 and a half hours of dinner service, our dessert finally arrived. Unfortunately, after I cracked the crust of my Creme Brule, I discovered it was not cooked, evident by what poured out when I tipped the dessert. Most of us walked out in disgust. Adding insult to injury, we found our shower water only reaching luke warm. Turned out this problem was only on some of the rooms and not others.

I stayed recently at Faithlegg hotel, Waterford for the first time and it certainly won’t be the last! We were a group of 50 plus and the hotel accommodated our many requests that often happen with such a large number of people What a gorgeous hotel in beautiful surroundings! The gardens are lovely to explore and just have a nice leisurely walk. Luxury extras such as Dyson Hairdryer, nespresso coffee machine, butler’s chocolate. Fabulous food, varied menus, beautifully presented by amazing, attentive staff. I looked forward to my breakfast prepared to order every morning and was excited to discover every evening what delicious choices the dinner menus presented. I didn’t personally use the leisure facilities but friends did and spoke very highly of them. Entertainment every evening which allowed our group to gather after dinner and enjoy. The staff were polite, friendly and attentive at all times and we felt they really wanted us to have a really enjoyable experience. Beautiful grounds and golf course surrounds hotel. There were free golf lessons for residents one of the mornings but unfortunately for us we had a very busy schedule and were unavailable to avail of them. Maybe next time. Beautiful historic buildings with lots of great architectural features. Decor and furnishings beautiful. Hotel also had some lovely jams, chutneys and juice on sale which I believe they make on the premises. The hotel is definitely a food lovers dream and you will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at Faithlegg. A beautiful hotel in a lovely peaceful setting. The staff are very friendly, well trained and obviously very happy in their work.

Love this hotel our room was Fabulous, and I loved the Elemis mini products in the bathroom such a treat !! We are in the lounge / bar Louise the blonde lady with glasses was excellent very nice and service was good all staff were very nice !! Food was really good , definitely going to book again soon and t this time try the spa !!

Fantastic experience. Staff were all so helpful and friendly especially Linda, and everyone was extremely accommodating. Rooms were beautiful and very well maintained . Food was delicious. Gorgeous venue all over and extremely reasonably priced. Will be back.

Don’t know where to start with Faithlegg Hotel. From the lovely drive up through the front gates and spectacular views of the golf course to the beautiful front of the hotel I knew we were going to have a great weekend. Check in was great, very friendly reception staff and a lovely comfortable room. Bed was really comfy and a well designed bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The bars are comfortable and the bar food the first night was excellent. There was entertainment both nights and was pretty good. Dinner on the second night was even better, great chefs and waiting staff. The best was the breakfast, lots of choice and really quality food. The pool is lovely and clean and there’s sauna and steam rooms. There’s a really big jacuzzi which we stayed in a bit too long. All in all we’d a truly pleasurable stay in this lovely hotel, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. We all need a little spoiling every now and then. I’ll definitely return.

The food and staff at this hotel were wonderful. We also loved all the facilities and I used the Spa which was gorgeous. However unfortunately our room was v near the wedding venue room. This was so disappointing especially when recovering from an illness, you need your sleep. Loud Music til early hours of the morning which was a real shame.

We had Sunday lunch here on the 19th of May the food was so good we booked in for dinner this evening and the dinner did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this hotel if you enjoy fine dining, relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were naturally helpful and attentive and put you at ease. The beautiful house and surroundings are well worth a visit.
