Good service

It's very close to the Atria Mall shopping center. They offer luggage storage, unlike the Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4, which had such poor service that I ended up having to move to another hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We were late getting to the hotel at almost midnight The young lady was very nice who booked us in .At least we managed to get a pint in before the bar closes . Reached our room we had booked a double ,and for me and my friend a twin ,opened the door to the same reaction you get ,opening an oven door . Opened the window ,and placed both fans on , basically blew hot air around. For a twin room ,you get a double ,and a smaller single , basically a kids bed . I tried both ,and what a difference. Tossed up who got the little bed ,me , I'm a big chap .it certainly wasn't the best bed I've crashed in ,but not the worst either . It was so hot , literally when I managed it I slept on top of the quilt.fsns brought temperature down ,but not enough ,had to get up and turn it off ,behind noisy. Headed down to a busy dining room, managed to get settled at a table . Many coffees ,juice etc ,before having the cooked breakfast ,toast took at absolute age . But cannot knock premier breakfasts .value for money ,normally nice , The egg was a bit sloppy, but over all nice brekkie .8 /10 . Our twin isn't really , it's a double and basically a kids bed. Shouldn't be classed as a twin .my bed 4/10 , double 8 /10 . With room cooking ,sleep was a hit and miss . Mate said his room was hot but bed was fine

Oh dear, what are the odds of having to be in Watford - visiting sick relative - when it's a Heatwave, Bank Holiday and Football Play Offs? The a/c struggled to keep us cool, there were too few staff and I have never seen so many overweight, heavily tattooed, badly spoken people in such a confined space... The two young staff were very helpful but totally overrun. The Waitress manning the Breakfast Lecturn would always ask, "Are You here for Breakfast?" As we were unsure how long we would need to be close to Watford Hospital we booked 4 nights on a totally flexible package. Fortunately we were able to return to the South Coast after 2 nights. The Receptionist was unable to give us a refund so gave us the number for "Guest Relations". "They are brilliant, really helpful" says she. The automated system was a nightmare and when I finally found a real human being to talk to, she said, "I can't give you a refund, talk to Reception!" I put my phone on the counter, on speaker phone, for the two ladies to converse. Several weeks later we are still waiting... And a separate complaint from my wife has gone unanswered. I'm the past month we have spent 4 nights in Stokesley / Middlesbro', 5 nights in Alnwick 1 in Ware and 2 in Watford. The other three Premier Inns were much better. Hayling Seagoon

We were late getting to the hotel at almost midnight The young lady was very nice who booked us in .At least we managed to get a pint in before the bar closes . Reached our room ,we had booked a double ,and for me and my friend a twin ,walked into the room ,wow ,it was hot ,had the window open, and both fans they provided took a while to drop ,later didn't sleep with the bed linen on . Now when we booked a twin , we thought we would get two single beds What we got was a double bed ,a small single bed ,which I would describe as a kids bed . The difference for me is we're both big lads , Boy could I tell the difference between the two , tossed up , unfortunately I lost . It wasn't the best bed I've slept in ,nor the worst ,but it's a kids bed in my opinion. Shouldn't be classed as a twin room ,not for the amount of money I paid for two nights . Bed for me 4/10 ,his 9/10 Not sure I'll use this hotel again in the future just because of this . Breakfast was pretty busy ,but we were given a table, and ventured up ,decent value for money are premier breakfasts ,love the sausages , sloppy eggs not for me ,plenty of coffee's, I'd rate it at a good 8/10 Yeah my other friend had a double ,although hot ,found the room good and breakfast good

Cramped room with no space between beds, no air conditioning at all and only fans which circulated hot air around the room. Poor availability of staff, toilet not very clean, some staff weren’t particularly friendly. Shower wasn’t great at all.

No air con. Had a fan in the room. Unbearably hot all night. Ridiculous price to (try) sleep in a hot room. Gents toilet in the bar closed for both days of travel.....why can't the company get these things fixed. Premier was always a decent place to stay. Not any more standards have fallen.

Good location if your wanting to visit London. Clean and spacious rooms. Food was enjoyable too. Only problem was the heat, do not stay here in the summer months! No air con in the rooms which we knew but we didn’t know months ago when we booked it that there would be a heatwave too. The rooms were 30+ degrees, unbearably hot. Will not make that mistake again.
