Serene & Modern~ Ocean Front View~ 2 Bd 2 Bth~1st Fully Remodeled

The house was amazing, with a fully stocked kitchen! Also fully stocked for a beach day! A perfect location, protected from afternoon beezes, and the perfect deck to watch the sunset! Maria was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Would whole heartedly recommend and will definately stay again when I'm in that area! Than you. Maria, for an amazing vacation!

The ocean view and accommodations were amazing! We highly recommend this property. Also, the staff at the condo association were very friendly and helpful.

This place is so awesome! Comfy beds and a relaxing living/dining room area. We left the patio door open to hear the ocean and it was so peaceful. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy from inside too after coming in from the beach. It’s a 3000 mile trip for me, but if I come back out I will rent this location again.

Maria was super-responsive even though we booked at the last minute. The unit is fully remodeled and very clean. The stairs to the beach are right next door. The beach is not too crowded!

We have stayed at Maria's property now three times. We always love our stay and the nice relaxing time at the beach. If you are looking to stay at a great beach condo dont pass this property up.

Beach Birthday Weekend Outstanding! We loved this property for so many reasons…clean, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, safe, and oceanfront. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner one night. The kitchen has everything we needed. My friend and I had the twin beds and they are SO COMFORTABLE! Maria, the owner, went above and beyond to make it special by suggesting restaurants, she is very responsive and truly cares about her guests. I’d give this property 10 if I good!

We absolutely loved our time at Pajaro Dunes. The location was a fantastic jumping off point for everything we did around Monterey Bay. We also loved our time just relaxing by the beach, listening the waves and enjoying the beautiful weather. The condo was so comfortable, clean, and cozy. We all agreed that we wish we had stayed longer because none of us wanted to leave! Beach access was so easy, and it was wonderful to walk along the shore looking for sand dollars, scanning the water for seals, watching the surfers further down the beach, and we loved sitting on the beach to watch the sunset each night.
