We really like the hotel! Everything is clean and looks modern.

For Sumba, this is a good hotel – everything is clean and tidy. We stayed for 3 days while exploring the western part of the island. A big plus for me was the hotel staff and the laundry service. We had some white clothes stained with sunscreen, and the team did an amazing job getting them all clean. Breakfasts are pretty standard Indonesian style. If you're used to European breakfasts, these aren't quite the same. We prepared ahead of time and bought several packs of granola in Mataram (at the Fresh store). You can also buy your own fruit in town or on the way, as papaya was available one day but not the next, and there were no bananas at all during breakfast. Otherwise, it's a typical 4-star hotel with all the essentials.

It was nice clean and friendly staff

The deluxe room was very comfortable and clean, and the provided shampoo/bodywash and toiletries were very nice. Really good water pressure, hot water and good wifi. The lobby is well decorated. The breakfast buffet had quite a large selection and variety, and the food overall was decent. I wouldn't say it was incredible but it was good and a very good pricepoint, and room service was friendly and fast.. I also used the pool and gym, both of which were kept very clean as well. Staff were extremely nice, and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would stay again.

This hotel is very nice. The place and all the facilities look new and clean. The rooms are also very good (bed, mattress, shower, etc…) But, the service is terrible!!! The service is horrible!!! Special at the restaurant! Their service made me and my wife have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The breakfast it’s the food from the day before, even the coffee! In the room’s tv they offer a SPA service but in the en they didn’t have any therapists available. In the restaurant we had to wait long long time for the food! I don’t recommend this hotel.

Very good very clean

The hotel is OK, but the platform is killing me. The price difference between me and my friend for the same room type on the same platform was over 100 yuan, which ruined my mood.

周邊被山遮擋，一邊靠路，沒有景觀，酒店開業才幾年，但維護得並不符合新酒店，衞生一般，服務生大部分是實習生，很禮貌但是經驗不足。餐廳的水準比客房高。

環境和配套不值五百多的價格 好在服務還可以 房間很小很擁擠，早餐不錯 離機場很近打車衹要十分鐘左右，如果是轉機可以住這裏

Super good hotel. Very comfortable room with excellent bed. Everything is clean. The room has everything you need. Free flow of water also.The staff is very helpful and friendly and doing there best to learn to speak English. The food in the restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is good. Prices are not as high like in these kind of hotels. Wonderful decoration true the whole hotel.

I booked the hotel on their official website and was asked to make payment to their Indonesian bank account before my reservation could be confirmed. So I did. But upon checking in I was asked to make payment for my hotel room. I told the receptionist Roswita that I had already made payment to their bank but she insisted that I paid at the reception counter. Not quite sure what was going on and not wanting to pick up an argument at the reception counter, I made the payment which as more than the agreed price online. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. Upon checking out, I checked to see if they had double charged me. Indeed they had. The male staff at the reception counter on 23rd March 2025, told me that he would check with the finance team and get back to me. More than a week after I sent a reminder as there was no news. About 3 weeks after, upon my prompting, they replied on whatsapp to say that the Finance was on leave and nothing could be done. It is now almost 2 months and I am still not refunded for being double-charged. All this while, no updates have been initiated by them and they only respond when prompted. Do not stay in Sima Sumba Hotel!
