1.微信客服搞錯了客人，我沒退房説我退房了，以後要核對清楚。 2.有一天忘了放水，潤膚霜沒了後沒有補充。咖啡紙杯用了一個後也沒有補充。不知道樓層服務員這麼為酒店節約考慮過顧客體驗感沒有？不是大問題，不要為難服務員，以後各樓層注意即可。 3.床頭無線充電根本不可用，特別是帶手機殼的，顯示都不顯示，檢測下，如果不行，乾脆撤掉。 4.酒店設施和服務均不錯。特別是充電樁非常贊。目前是全安丘設施、服務最好的酒店，但是要不斷完善服務，虛心聽取顧客意見，不要重蹈新東方的覆轍。

A descent hotel for a short weekend or business travel. location is convenient to lots od food spots. The stuff was superkind and welcoming. I love that one of the front desk ladies could speak English. buffet was good. I love and eat lots of Chinese food so it worked well for hubby and i. Everything was fresh & warm.

The bathroom has a sliding door in the corridor and bedroom, which is very convenient for guests. The bed is large and clean, there is no noise indoors, and the free drinks are of high quality. Because I brought my children, the hotel also gave me a free upgrade. The staff is also very dedicated. The hotel is very close to the ancient city, and the restaurant is very good.
