房間寬敞明亮舒適，屬於酒店式公寓類型的，但是無法觀望到大海，服務人員態度不錯，有待提高的是酒店衞生間、洗浴室抽風機沒有，或是已經都壞了，電視節目少，附近沒有吃飯購物的地方，不是很方便，離海也有一段距離。另外需要説明的是，附近再施工環境較差，一大早就已經施工得熱火朝天了。 設施：新開的店，設施不錯，衞生間與洗浴房是分開的 衞生：做得還行，不過因沒有抽風機，房間還是有些許異味的 環境：施工喧鬧，開窗户就很吵鬧了 服務：總體還行吧，平台上酒店名稱與入住酒店的名稱不一致，容易找不到酒店。

圖片是咋拍的呀？這是我住過最差的，本以為是酒店，衞生設施稍好點。想不到連民宿還不如！陳舊的裝修，發黴掉皮的牆面，衞生間還沒有排風和吊頂，一股臭黴味！拖鞋像紙一樣薄，床也沒有1.5米寬，最多1.3米，中間高四周低，床墊特別硬，一層薄的床單。電視遙控器是壞的，空調一直噴水，馬桶圈也是掉的！樓道里沒有燈，到處是收過床單！你們是怎麼做到收費這麼高，服務這麼差的？我這麼不喜歡評論的人，説啥也得評一下！真是噁心死了！

地理位置不清晰，房間沒有我想象的乾淨，因為在頂樓，頭頂的管子一直有噪音。房間隔音效果也沒有那麼好。早上不知道為什麼警報響了，一直響了很久把我們吵醒了已經，給前台打電話説一會就修，大概過了十多分鐘才停。

真的是被照片騙過來的，帶孩子晚上10點鐘抵達後去所謂的酒店（其實就是我們南方的旅館），找都找不到地方，因為他沒有屬於自己的名字，要找別的酒店名，其次上到樓上走廊陰森森的有的燈還壞了，給我們安排了最裡麪一間，我們還要打手電筒，到了房間看到牆上廁所到處佈滿了水管，直接連夜修改訂單退了2晚（原訂3晚），花灑直接漏水沒法洗澡，搞得我們澡也沒洗，就洗漱了一下睡覺，説到洗漱那牙刷根本就是鋼絲球沒法刷牙，硬的孩子直接牙也不用刷了，廁所反味很嚴重，孩子總説什麼東西這麼臭，真的是打亂了我們的所有計劃。體驗感極差，大家避坑避坑，看我照片就知道了。

這裏不是酒店賓館，非常亂，很不好找。在攜程平台留的電話號碼多次撥打，也是無人接聽。好不容易問了保安找到了地方，進來發現，一棟樓裏4家民宿，而且門前連一個標誌都沒有。 我們住的這個是兩張1.5米的房（可住四人）雙大床房間，本想新裝修應該不錯，結果門鎖是壞的，不能反鎖。枕頭衹有兩個，床單有血跡，被罩有黃圈。最讓人無法接受的是在三伏天裏，晚上12點多開始停電，而前一天入住沒有告知，半夜兩點孩子熱醒，又被蚊子叮包，家長想打蚊子卻無能為力，因為沒有電，無法開燈，電蚊香也不能用。 凌晨四點樓的旅遊下大巴車開始各種接人，走廊都是行李箱聲音，隔音不好，非常亂。而且走廊晚上是沒有燈的。 五點左右樓下電動車報警聲音此起彼伏。連知了都熱的在窗前叫，六點多了，也沒有來電，一宿沒咋睡，熱的一身汗，而沒有熱水，無法洗漱！換位思考，誰能接受！更無法接受的是連電梯都沒有，拿着皮箱帶着孩子走了好多節樓梯，在黑乎乎的樓梯間嚇**了！ 第一次來威海，被這個房間帶的印象非常差，如實描述，不想因為前台的好評“送小禮品”而矇蔽良心，衹想説出真心話告訴即將要來的兄弟姐妹！ ps:房間裏面設施：櫃子一股發黴味道，拖鞋是透明，猶如紙片，沒有服務人員，到前台想給孩子要一個枕頭，告知沒有了。
