The room was excellent with a great view. Although it's an older brand, the room felt very new and the attention to detail in service was impressive. Breakfast was also plentiful. Special thanks to hotel butler Winnie for her warm and thoughtful service. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

What made my trip to Weihai truly stand out was Tom's service – absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. He arranged our room perfectly, taking into account the location, orientation, and floor, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. Next time I'm in Weihai, I'll definitely choose this place again, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!

For my vacation in Weihai, I chose the Crowne Plaza滨海, and during my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with Delia, the Guest Relations Officer. What truly impressed me was her genuine sincerity and her easy, natural communication style. Whenever I had a question, she was always quick to provide clear and practical advice, and she proactively pointed out small details I hadn't even considered. Throughout, there was no pressure from excessive enthusiasm; she had a wonderful sense of appropriate boundaries. The hotel itself is good, but this thoughtful service was the biggest surprise of my stay. Many thanks, I hope to visit again.

Right by Xiaoyao Lake, it's very convenient to get to all the Rongcheng attractions along the coastal road. There's a really cozy coffee shop called 'Fei Niao Ji' (Gathering Birds) towards the sea from the hotel. Molly's service was incredibly thoughtful; she added me on WeChat beforehand to arrange the room and inquire about my itinerary. Big thumbs up!

The service here is a major plus, especially Molly from guest relations who was polite, enthusiastic, and showed great attention to detail. The food and beverage quality was consistently good, with both breakfast and snacks being noteworthy. All my travel and inquiry-related questions were answered patiently, and you could feel the dedication everywhere. My stay was very relaxing, and it's a hotel I would definitely return to. Bringing my child to Weihai this time, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! It's a five-star hotel under the InterContinental brand, with brand new facilities and a clean, comfortable environment overall. The room was spacious with an excellent view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing us to enjoy a magnificent sunrise. The hotel thoughtfully provided children's slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries, making our stay with the child very hassle-free. The constant temperature swimming pool on B1 has a dedicated shallow area for children, and the water temperature was just right, so the little one had a blast. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, all delicious and visually appealing. The service was very attentive; the staff were enthusiastic, responding quickly to requests for luggage assistance or questions. They even helped me by providing an extra chair and pencils when my child was doing homework, and approved a late check-out without hesitation. The hotel's location is great, convenient for driving to Nashanghai and Xiaoyaowan Beach, with easy parking. Highly recommended for families traveling with children to Weihai. I'll choose to stay here again next time!
