The hotel service was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the room upgrade. I'm very pleased and will definitely come back if I have the chance. Manager Ren provided exceptional service, even arranging thoughtful departure assistance for me.

The hotel has complete facilities, and the front desk and butler service were warm and attentive. The overall environment is very nice. Knowing we had a young child, they prepared corner guards and stickers in advance. True to the little note in the room, it's a place full of warmth and human touch ❤️

The hotel staff's service attitude and professionalism were highly commendable, especially our butler, No. 27, who provided meticulous service. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – truly sincere towards guests. The room view was also excellent, and the location is great, perfect for a family trip!

Very close to the high-speed rail station, and the hotel also offers a free station shuttle service, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel is large and very close to the adjacent shopping mall, with direct access to the mall from the 5th floor. The hotel's laundry room is also spacious, with basically no waiting required. The room is big, and you can catch a glimpse of the sea from the living room window. It's not far from Jiulongwan Park; walk through the park and you'll reach the coastline. There are many people clam-digging, but it's not as crowded as the International Bathing Beach area. Hanlefang is a 20-minute walk away with plenty of dining options. The breakfast has a rich variety and tastes decent—quite satisfying overall. The only minor drawback is that the soles of the slippers are a bit thin.

The hotel was better than expected. Since we arrived late in the evening, the staff escorted us directly to our rooms. We had booked three rooms; one of them was missing the kid's welcome fruit and towel animal, but the staff promptly made up for it with fruit and toys. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making dining very convenient (though the variety was quite limited, and the constant queuing was annoying). Breakfast had a relatively rich spread, and we all really enjoyed it. On our first night, our room only had one toothbrush and three combs—they probably forgot to double-check the amenities.

The room was very neat and clean. Upon arrival, the manager personally escorted us to our room and even gave a small gift for the kids. Weihai Station Business Car Pickup: The pickup driver had an excellent service attitude and helped us with our luggage.

Our stay at Weihai Jiulongcheng Hotel left the deepest impression with its excellent service. We truly felt the warmth of home, thanks to the incredibly meticulous and thoughtful service – a huge thumbs up! We'd also like to specifically thank Butler Ren (No. 27) for their work. We had a great stay and will definitely come back to this wonderful hotel next time!

The hotel staff were all very friendly, which really improved my overall impression of the city. The front desk even upgraded me to a ladies-only room, which I really appreciated. Location: It's just a few kilometers from Weihai Station and offers shuttle service. There's also a shopping mall nearby. Price: The price was not high, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Minor drawbacks: The hotel breakfast had limited options, and the bathroom didn't have a separate shower area – only a bathtub with a shower.

Great environment, convenient transportation, clean room, and excellent service from the front desk, who even upgraded my room for free! Highly recommended!
