We immediately reviewed and rectified our issues upon seeing your feedback, and would also like to explain the situation to you. Our hotel is located in the middle of the Hanlefang coastline, which is the starting point for the northern route. Most guests traveling the northern route find the location convenient and central. However, since your itinerary was entirely north, the location didn't perfectly suit your route needs, which we fully understand. Regarding your feedback on toiletries and shower issues, please note: each room is equipped with a disposable towel and bath towel set, as indicated on the package details page. If you are not comfortable with disposable items, you can exchange them for regular towels and bath towels at the front desk, which were provided on the day of your check-in. We sincerely apologize for the communication difficulties at the time, which we suspect were due to a language barrier and our inability to smoothly address your needs. The slow shower drainage was not due to a blocked pipe; it's because an odor-proof drain was installed to prevent odors from the pipes, which slightly slows the water flow. If you experience any drainage problems, please call the front desk immediately, and our staff will come to assist you. You don't need to unclog the drain yourself; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused! Our front desk staff are always committed to providing enthusiastic service, and we're delighted that you appreciated their attitude.
