I stayed here for three nights, and it was a very comfortable experience. I was satisfied with everything. It's super convenient to get to attractions, whether by taxi or on foot. The breakfast and lunch buffets were also excellent; even seniors with smaller appetites could enjoy a good meal. Next time I'm in Weihai, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Staying at this hotel felt just like home 🏨. The facilities were complete and well-arranged, and all our clothes were washed, dried, and neatly returned. The staff were patient and meticulous, and the room was tidy, clean, and comfortable. They even provided a full set of clamming tools for the kids, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is also excellent.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel, it exceeded my expectations! The stay was very comfortable, the location is convenient, and the window directly overlooks Liugong Island – you can enjoy the beautiful scenery without even leaving the room! Thumbs up!

We brought our child to Weihai and had a fantastic time! We went sea fishing at Xiaoshidao and caught a lot, then tried clam digging and found plenty of small crabs and hermit crabs. We also visited Xianghai, where we took photos of the stranded vessel Brundisium, and explored Liugong Island. Both my child and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel we booked was particularly great; the room was spacious, the staff were all very enthusiastic, and we could even watch the sunrise right from our room. It was excellent!

Just got back from Weihai, and unfortunately, I picked the hottest days to visit. I also chose a sea-view room, which ended up being very warm, and the air conditioning just couldn't cool it down. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, which was convenient for dining with kids. As a star-rated hotel, I expected professional service, and that was the main reason I chose it. I wasn't disappointed. As I mentioned, Weihai was sweltering during my stay, and the room temperature wouldn't drop. I barely slept the first night. After I reported it to the hotel, maintenance came to fix it twice in the heat, but I think the AC unit itself was simply inadequate; it blew cool air, but not cold. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and the staff member in the dark suit handled it with a very professional and proactive attitude. We had excellent rest for the remaining two nights. Throughout our stay, the customer service manager and even the lobby staff when we checked out were all very service-oriented and professional – something you don't often get with a B&B. Yesterday, I was in a hurry to change my flight and forgot to ask for the name of the front desk staff member who helped us switch rooms. I want to thank that individual in the dark suit; they made our stay in Weihai much more comfortable. If I visit Weihai again, I would definitely choose to stay here, precisely because of their professional team. Finally, I want to say that the hotel staff – whether in the lobby, at the front desk, or housekeeping – were all impeccable and highly professional. That's why I'm willing to write this review word for word. However, I do hope the hotel will improve its hardware facilities. In scorching weather, an underperforming air conditioner is a significant drawback.

The environment is excellent, and the location is great, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel itself is also good. However, there was no one at the entrance to greet guests. Only when people started piling up did someone come out to help open car doors and handle luggage. When closing the car door, please be careful to ensure guests are seated properly; my ankle nearly got caught. 20th Floor 365° Ting Panorama Restaurant Afternoon Tea: The view is beautiful, and my child loved the orange juice. They even gave us a fridge magnet when we left. Thank you, Front Desk Manager Bi Jiawei.

Pros: They noticed we were doing laundry and thoughtfully provided a drying rack. Cons: The soundproofing in the room was terrible; it was too noisy with sounds from the hallway and the mall across the street. This isn't a hotel where you can dig in the sand right outside. The kids' club is very small, with poor ventilation and lighting, making it stuffy. The hotel's breakfast buffet service is not child-friendly; we packed two small corn cobs and three peaches for our baby to eat on the way out, and staff repeatedly emphasized that take-out service is not provided. They really don't consider families with young children, and I hope they can improve. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with children, especially those with infants.

This hotel is excellent! Both the front desk staff, Wang Yufei and Xiaoxue, and the parking attendant, Lao Zong, demonstrated exceptional service spirit and attentiveness. The location is also fantastic, with all the attractions close by.

Staying here felt just like home, truly delightful – it's on par with the service philosophy of a place like Senbo Resorts. The hotel's location is also great. You can have food delivered right to your room to enjoy the view.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Weihai. Enjoying afternoon tea on the 20th floor offers a stunning panoramic view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is diverse and plentiful. During both check-in and check-out, Mr. Wang, the security guard at the entrance, was incredibly warm and attentive, helping us with our luggage. Highly recommended!

Everyone's attitude was exceptionally good, and I felt cared for at every turn. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities, making my entire stay very pleasant. What was especially touching was that it happened to be my family member's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday message, which made the celebration feel extra special! With its top-notch environment, dining, and service, I give it a full score for recommendation! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Weihai, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Weihai!

I had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and they were always happy to answer any questions with a smile, making us feel right at home. I also want to give a special mention to the security guard, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He greeted guests warmly every time we passed by and went out of his way to assist whenever needed. It’s these little gestures that make a stay so much more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a rich and generous spread with plenty of options to choose from. Whether you prefer local dishes, Western breakfast items, fresh fruits, pastries, or cereals, there was something for everyone. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well replenished, even during the busy breakfast hours. Overall, the excellent service, warm staff, and delicious breakfast made this a memorable experience. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality, and I look forward to coming back again in the future.

Overall, a really great hotel. As a visitor from the south, I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel cleanliness in popular tourist cities here, and other places indeed left a lot to be desired (no need to name names). However, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness, and the excellent service attitude of the staff, everything was top-notch. Yufei and Xiao Wang at the front desk were incredibly patient, and the uncle directing parking at the entrance was very responsible. When I arrived, there were no parking spots, so he helped me find a safe place and guided me on how to park, all with a constant smile. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Weigao Plaza. It's just a 5-minute walk through the food street to Haigangwan, where the sea football field is quite spectacular. I later learned that Banner Ritine is highly regarded in Shandong, and for my trip next year to the Shandong Peninsula (Yantai, Weihai, Qingdao), this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

The room was very satisfying, and the staff were dedicated and helpful – they even found my baby's clothes that we'd lost in the restaurant! The location is excellent, the hygiene is good, and the view from the window is beautiful. We'll definitely be back here again!
