Palm Bay Hotel

The room was clean and the location was great, with convenient parking.

I never want to come to this hotel again. The whole place is rundown and feels very dirty. It's completely different from the photos. Also, the balcony was flooded and turned into a pond. It was the worst.

Ctrip is a great platform; they handle things diligently. However, the Palm Bay Hotel is the worst hotel I've encountered in my over ten years as a Ctrip member. My child lost their room key at breakfast, and I was compensated 50 yuan. I asked them to check the elevator security footage, but the front desk said, "The security personnel aren't on duty right now, so we can't look for it. It won't be available until 3 PM." Last night, upon check-in, I asked for two breakfast vouchers. The front desk said, "Let me check. After looking at the computer, they said your booking includes breakfast; just give them your room number tomorrow." After breakfast, they didn't give me the breakfast vouchers and wanted to pay 25 yuan. I went to the front desk to get the vouchers. The front desk said, "We never said you had to give your room number for breakfast; your booking didn't include breakfast." This is outrageous!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The room facilities were old and incredibly dirty; everywhere was filthy, with dust, dead bugs on the carpet, a foul odor in the bathroom, and peeling paint on the balcony walls. The bed was uncomfortable; our family of three asked for a pillow and blanket, but were flatly refused. The service was appalling. Check-in was like we owed them money—extremely poor service, like a bunch of arrogant people with no sense of customer care whatsoever. The surrounding area is chaotic; the beach is across the street and a bit of a walk away. Several hotels are in one building, and there are all sorts of businesses nearby. It's a bad experience, and I strongly advise against it.

The equipment was old, dirty, and in poor condition, completely different from the photos and videos on the platform.

The hotel must be about twenty years old. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, the bed was hard, and there was blood on the blanket. When I called, the front desk only wanted to change the sheet cover; they didn't even want to change the blanket itself.

There was no service whatsoever, the room facilities were terrible, I would never go there again.

The room is completely different from the live stream room; it's dirty and chaotic! DO NOT DO NOT stay there!

This seaside guesthouse has a great location, just a five-minute walk from the beach, and offers partial sea views from the windows. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, though the space is a bit small. The owner is very welcoming and gave us a lot of travel advice. Breakfast is simple porridge and noodles, fresh and filling. The only downside is that the shower water pressure is a bit low, and you can occasionally hear the waves at night (those who mind this should consider this). Overall, the price-performance ratio is decent, suitable for those who want to get close to the sea.
