Fantastic location and great place to stay when in Wellington. Will definitely stay again.

Customer service was great with clear check-in instructions and also was very accommodating in allowing an early check in 😊 Affordable and in the best central location with secure entry and exit into the building. The accommodation was a nice space with a balcony My only feedback is that: - check in email only arrived a few hours before check which made it difficult to plan ahead and find the best parking building or locate where the building was at all as there isn’t any signage. - it would have been good to know ahead that you have to carry all your luggage up 2 flights of stairs - there were only a couple of glasses and a 2-3 wine glasses which seemed strange - there was absolutely no air con but we were provided 2 standing fans which unfortunately didn’t do much.

Walls are patched, dishwasher drawers rusted. Very clean but rundown. The smell of cigarettes from lower units filtered into top floor as well

The beds were comfortable. Amenities were reasonable. Washer and dryer were appreciated. The smell on arrival was not the best. Fold away bed was broken. It is quite run down and does need a bit of work.

Location is convenient. But conditions of hotel is dated and does not appear to get well cleaned. Mould on window blinds. Mould smelling. Broken parts. Not worth the money spent for the quality of this place. Spare blanket for rollout bed smelt like B.O and never been washed. Photos dont match reality. Deceiving! Never again.

This was a very disappointing stay. The property has some major flaws and cleanliness issues, when these were addressed with the manager I was dismissed. Major leak in bathroom, water was running down the wall, mould problems in bathroom, no where to hang wet towels, oven knob missing, carpet was dirty in lounge, no additional blankets in middle of winter, recliner in the in lounge room does not recline. Stairs are way too steep and too small, you cannot put your entire foot down, you have to walk sideways up the stairs or risk falling - which I did! Location was great but apartment needs some work and managers need to be more concerned with safety with respect to mould issue and falling hazard. Would not recommend or stay here again.

WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER!! I've travelled the world and stayed in accommodation that covers the full range of 'stars' and I can honestly say this was the worst I have ever seen! The accommodation we got wasn't even featured in the photos on this site. The apartment block itself also stank, was filthy and was clearly being used to house homeless people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMMODATION.

The apartment was “ok”, everything you needed in it once you were in. Gaining access was fine and the instructions were clear and well laid out…but the entrance hall stank badly…the lift even worse…as was the landing and 2 flights of stairs before getting to the apartment 😬. The apartment didn’t smell too bad, just a little damp, but that may have been carpets with washing machines etc in the apartment. The Área outside the apartment left a little to be desired with drunks etc along the street. We’ve been in NZ for a month and this rates as probably the worst we stayed in both in value and everything that went with it, the one thing going for it is location you are in the centre of the city (just watch out for the bus lanes if you are driving!). Also the pictures on Booking dot com didn’t relate to the actual place we stayed in…90% of the pics were nothing like the actual apartment we stayed in….

Though this accommodation was convenient to everything it is in a desperate need of refurbishment. The lobby smelled of boiled cabbage. Also, the place is quite noisy from the street noise below. Double windows with decent curtains may help to reduce the noise level.
