The location is good and the staff are friendly, particularly Ms Deborah who are so helpful to give us some insight on getting around and with our laundry issues.

Every night around 7 PM, the female receptionist has been very rude, showing no smiles and always looking impatient. It's very uncomfortable, and I wonder if it's because I'm Asian.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city center. Breakfast was rich and varied, offering great value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to the train station, cruise terminal, and major attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were proactive and enthusiastic with their service.

Ibis Wellington was located conveniently in the city and the harbour is just a few minutes away. It's convenient to walk everywhere, including shopping. The room we got was big and basic, including the toilet.

Excellent trip, tidy and organized for both flights and hotel, I highly recommended Trip.com for the great service as appropriate notices with emails with the progress of the trip.

Ideally situated hotel in the heart of Wellington, close to the shops on Lambton Quay and the train station. room was clean and tidy with maid service each day.

The breakfast is good and the hotel has very good location , walking distance to Tepapa Museum

Walkable to railway station and Bluebridge ferry and close to town centre for shopping, eating and museum. Comfortable and quiet Good option for a convenient one night stay.

Nothing special except good location

We stayed for one night in Wellington. The location was great for the price!

Location was fantastic, easy to get around. Breakfast buffet could be better with more variety, nonetheless great stay in the CBD! Thank you! :)
