Nice accommodation in Wellington. I stayed on the top floor but still could hear noise from the street during the night. Overall, it was a good stay for the price.

Very basic facilities but clean and comfortable bed. Great service. Ok for a night but not longer. Parking an extra 25 per night.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations; it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

The main attraction of Willis Wellington Hotel is the price. It's good for a budget conscious one night stay if you aren't looking to spend lots of time in the room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, but very dated. The location is right on the edge of the CBD, so it's quite a long walk to most places.

Location was exactly where I needed to be and it is close to town centre.
I came up to play in a Pickleball tournament and appreciated a room with a bath tub.
Stuff was there at arrival and departure. Room key was easy to use.

Great value (almost half the cost of similar options). Older hotel but it had all we needed. Great restaurants close by and a short walk into town. Great option if your budget is limited.

An excellent choice in Wellington. Plenty of restaurants down the street a block from hotel. Fruit and small grocery across the street from front door. 500 meters from Cuba street and lots of eclectic shops. Excellent value , room was large and nice. Love the staff there. IQ of staff was higher than mine.

Front dest service was great . Didn't know you had to pay for parking at $25 per night. Room was tiny , it was clean. Windows rattled like hell , 3rd floor and still heard alot of noise inside and outside. For the price I wouldn't stay again

I stayed here with my mum for one night and it was a nice stay. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was immaculate.
The beds were very comfy and the sheets were soft and clean.
The only drawback with room 305 was the window that had a bad draft coming from it.

Memory, the name of the receptionist/manager was the high point of the Willis Wellington. She was friendly, accommodating, and allowed me to store my bags both before my check-in and after my check-out. She was super helpful and provided me with guidance about navigating Wellington. She needs a raise. Overall average hotel coming from a former night guest service agent. The laundry facilities could be improved with free laundry powder, the rooms could be improved through offering additional soaps and tooth brush sets for customers who forget theirs', the carpet could be replaced which would give the hotel a face lift. There should always be something at reception greeting guests and helping them with their bags. There is no reason why their isn't a concierge available to help guests. In addition to this, the lights make the hotel feel depressing and old. Please, consider my feedback, someone with relevant experience working in a 4.5 star hotel.
