Hilton London Wembley

The hotel cannot find my booking no and said it is Trip.com cancelled. It took a me two hours to settle it . The staff attitude is not good..

If I am not travelling to Wembley for a concert, I will not consider Hilton London Wembley. The service is below par-the front desk people are not particularly friendly and the most important thing is the cleaniness - you can see the wash basic sink area still have dirty marks. The fridge is filled with paid drinks and you can't remove them (unless you pay) so basically there is no fridge. Unless you need to attend an event by Wembley (as it is just right next to it), forget this hotel.

Hotel superb, clean, helpful and lovely staff. As its big it can get busy at times. When I came in to check in at 5pm it was huge line of people to check in. I guess also when its a weekend that does have an impact on it too. I used pool facilities and steam room, sauna. That definitely was lovely to relax. Some things need upgrading around the hotel. They have terrace bar at the top with nice views of Wembley. I don't prefer loud places, overall I would give 4 or 4,5half ✨️✨️✨️✨️

The stay at the hotel was good. It was clean and well maintained. However the pillows and the mattress were not very comfortable to sleep on and the buffet breakfast menu was repetitive everyday. It would have been good if there was more variety for vegetarians. On a weekday during our stay there was very loud music from late evening till after midnight from an event at the hotel premises. Considering the fact that we had an early important event to attend the next day it was very inconvenient and disruptive since we were unable to fall asleep till the music stopped and we ended up sleep deprived and exhausted.

Pleasant Stay, The hotel is clean and has an amazing breakfast. The rooms have plenty of space and an amazing tv.

Had a lovely stay, comfortable beds and quiet floor and the staff were great. However, unfortunately there was no hot water at all due to there being a building work issue and my much needed shower after working in a hot kitchen all day was quite rushed and unpleasant. My husband also had his shirt stained by a member of the kitchen staff slashing food on him at the breakfast buffet. Even though these issues were resolved and dealt with accordingly, it's worth the mention

It was a nice 4 star hotel. I loved being right beside the outlet shops. Also the receptionist was very kind and made my stay exceptional. Some areas seemed a little old but it was generally a lovely stay. Breakfast was exceptional too.
