I stayed here for many days, always booking the accessible double room. The hotel is quite good, and the price is decent. The staff are very friendly, polite, and provide excellent service, which is to be expected given the price, haha. Hygiene: Clean and tidy 😊

Came to Wembley for the centenary World Table Tennis Championships. This hotel is right near the venue, and there are plenty of food options nearby. It's also close to the outlet mall and the tube station, so it's pretty good value for money.

Small room for 2 people and only 1 towel for 2 people . I know a game was on but 300 with no breakfast and the 1 towel takes the biscuit.

The room was quite spacious and had all the essentials. It was also super convenient for attending the World Table Tennis Championships nearby. However, I was really put off by the front desk's discriminatory treatment. I arrived around noon on my check-in day, and they insisted on a 50-pound early check-in fee, otherwise, I wouldn't get my room key until 3 PM. Storing luggage was free, though, so that wasn't an issue – I just dropped it off and went straight to the games. What really bothered me was seeing all the white guests checking in directly before 11 AM on my check-out day without paying any extra fees.

Great location, close to the train station, restaurants, and a supermarket. It's also convenient for Wembley. You need to let the front desk know if you want your room cleaned, but the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

The room was nice and spacious enough for two large suitcases, which was great! The transport links nearby are pretty good, with two subway stations and an even closer train station. There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, and it's right next to an outlet mall. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn't clean rooms automatically; you need to inform the front desk before 12 PM on the day you want it cleaned. Sometimes at breakfast, the staff can't find my room number and say I haven't booked, so I have to help them look, or sometimes they just miss it.

I travelled to Wembley for a football event and stayed at a hotel just a three-minute walk from Wembley Central Station. It was also next to a London designer outlet and a five-minute walk to the stadium. The staff, particularly Jimmy, was very professional and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.

Excellent location, room spacious, close to outlet, safe surrounding and close to railway station. Esp like the mattress which is firm and comfortable. Definitely rebook again.

Easy check in, clean and nice sized room. Love that we had a bath with shower. Room was warm, clean and bed was super comfy! Close by to everything in Wembley! Would definitely stay again.

Room is spacious, a family room comes with 2 single bed and 1 double bed (even though written could only fit 2 adults). Quite a distance to the tube station (wembley park), but there’s a london designer outlet right beside, super convenient to shop

Travelled to London for a concert in Wembley area. The hotel was lovely, very good location to the underground & any events in Wembley Arena or Stadium. Kind, attentive staff, the room was very clean, good amenities. Only thing I'd mention is that the hotel reception has multiple automatic check-in desks that ask you for the surname of the lead guest or the booking reference, but when you try ti enter either, you cannot enter numbers (my confirmation number had both letters and numbers, similar thing with the surname as the machine later asks you for the postcode). No concerns or issues other than that, very happy with the stay!

Excellent value for money, and super convenient with the train station right outside the door.
