Dont want to be a B***h, booked my room a few months before, request : QUIET ROOM, high floor.
My first room had connecting door, my neighbors were teenagers who were screaming and giggling all the time.
I asked to move, the only available room was “city view” which swimming pool and wall. So this is my 2nd room, their “hot water” was NOT HOT, I asked them to check, their answer “the hottest the can get”
Mechanic came to my room turn on the taps and just check the water, he said EVERYTHING OKAY.
They offered me different room.
So for my 2 nights there I had 3 different rooms.
In the end of my stay, I was upgraded to bigger room with nicer view, which was nice, I enjoyed it, thanks.
But I wont change my mind about the service, the housekeeping who cleaned my room, I am not sure if they actually check my room before.
I understand its an old Hotel, but at least you guys can do a little maintenance everyday in the room. All the furnitures look OLD, dirty, damp.
Since the hotel is next to Siloam hospital, you will see a lot of patients in and out with their relatives in the hotel, feels weird
Breakfast is meh,, I am surprised that manadonese food I ate in jakarta better than here. I had 1 bread roll left that I couldn’t finish, I dont want to throw it away. So I wanted to bring the ONE bread roll to my room, but the new trainee staff wont let me due to their SOP.
Honestly, if I knew you guys would rather throw food away than letting people having a little leftover breakfast in their room, I wouldn’t stay here at all.
I apologize for the review, I am hoping the management can take the feedback seriously. The staff need to learn how to communicate better. The SOP should be reviewed especially for Housekeeping and room maintenance. Breakfast needs to be improved.
On another note, I wont go back. Thanks!
