Facilities: The showerhead suddenly broke. The room was quite large, but everything felt a bit old and worn. Hygiene: Didn't feel very clean. The Goldstone Hotel boasts an excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony offers a stunning sea view. The hotel service is superb, and a special thank you goes to Manager Lin from the hotel lobby. Today, I brought my 70-year-old parents to Wenchang for a trip, and we accidentally left our luggage in the hotel lobby when checking out. We only realized it when we reached Qionghai, which made my parents very anxious. Thankfully, I managed to get in touch with Manager Lin. Rooms were large and really nice and the hotel breakfast was quite a good spread. Best part is the spa on level 1 with superbly Experienced therapists - highly recommend going for the spa within the hotel. One small problem we faced is that we checked in at 11pm and yet one of our rooms were not ready. The service was good though and they extended our check out Time to 2pm for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent! I loved having the beach right next door, with a range of food stalls beside the coconut palms (I had such a good experience trying all the food outside that I didn't use the hotel restaurant, although it looked good). Super friendly staff throughout, including very helpful youngsters at reception. Pool & gym were good too. Extremely clean.

This hotel was perfect for watching the rocket launch in Wenchang! Our butler, Lisa, contacted us beforehand and arranged a fantastic room with an amazing view. The room layout was well-designed, and we even got an upgrade. We had a 180-degree ocean view, taking in the entire Gaolong Bay. Everyone is very helpful, especially 郑胜霞，she went over and beyond just to help us how to get places and call for DiDi so that we get to correct places and she did our room immaculately clean and tidy. This hotel is just a stone throw away from the beach and fresh seafood market.

Staying at the Wenchang Jinshi International Hotel again was a great experience. The hotel's location is superb, just a two or three-minute walk to Gaolong Bay Beach. In the morning, you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise from the balcony, and in the evening, a stroll along the beach with the sea breeze is incredibly relaxing. Transportation around the hotel is also convenient; it's not far to attractions like Dongjiao Coconut Grove and Global Wharf, making travel worry-free. The service was even more warm and thoughtful. Our butler provided attentive follow-ups throughout our stay, proactively addressing our check-in needs and helping us plan our itinerary.
