The Goldstone Hotel boasts an excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony offers a stunning sea view. The hotel service is superb, and a special thank you goes to Manager Lin from the hotel lobby. Today, I brought my 70-year-old parents to Wenchang for a trip, and we accidentally left our luggage in the hotel lobby when checking out. We only realized it when we reached Qionghai, which made my parents very anxious. Thankfully, I managed to get in touch with Manager Lin. She added me on WeChat, helped us arrange a car, and ensured our luggage was safely delivered to our Didi car and returned to us. My sincere thanks again to Manager Lin for her selfless act of kindness.

Excellent! I loved having the beach right next door, with a range of food stalls beside the coconut palms (I had such a good experience trying all the food outside that I didn't use the hotel restaurant, although it looked good). Super friendly staff throughout, including very helpful youngsters at reception. Pool & gym were good too. Extremely clean.

This hotel was perfect for watching the rocket launch in Wenchang! Our butler, Lisa, contacted us beforehand and arranged a fantastic room with an amazing view. The room layout was well-designed, and we even got an upgrade. We had a 180-degree ocean view, taking in the entire Gaolong Bay. The lush coconut groves and soft sandy beach make this a truly great place for a vacation. 5 stars! [Grin]

The room was very spacious, and the balcony overlooked the sea, perfect for catching the sunrise. The complimentary ginger tea from the hotel was a lovely touch and helped ward off the chill. Having two sinks in the room was really convenient for a family of three.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and ocean, making it perfect for a lovely getaway! The food at the hotel was also delicious, and there's a fruit and vegetable market directly across the street, which was very handy.

The room was very spacious, and Eva at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's location is also excellent, right on the beach downstairs, and the Koh Rong seafood market is just outside the door, which is super convenient. Overall, it's fantastic.

The location is fantastic, right downstairs are the beach and a seafood market. The room facilities are complete and comfortable. The hotel even gave us a free upgrade, and the room view was lovely. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it.

Staying at the Wenchang Jinshi International Hotel again was a great experience. The hotel's location is superb, just a two or three-minute walk to Gaolong Bay Beach. In the morning, you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise from the balcony, and in the evening, a stroll along the beach with the sea breeze is incredibly relaxing. Transportation around the hotel is also convenient; it's not far to attractions like Dongjiao Coconut Grove and Global Wharf, making travel worry-free. The service was even more warm and thoughtful. Our butler provided attentive follow-ups throughout our stay, proactively addressing our check-in needs and helping us plan our itinerary. Any issues we had after checking in were quickly and efficiently resolved with patience. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, always greeting us with a smile. Such meticulous service made us feel incredibly welcome. Since it was our honeymoon, the hotel even helped with decorations, which was a very thoughtful touch ❤️. The hotel restaurant also offers seafood processing services. We bought seafood at Global Wharf and brought it back to the hotel to be cooked. The price was the same as outside, and the dishes tasted great!

The hotel rooms are huge in space with great variety of facilities for family usage such as game room, gym and spa/massage lounge. The breakfast at the restaurant is sumptuous and the choices of food are so much better in term of quality than other hotels in Hainan. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was spotless. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The seafood prepared at the hotel was also delicious and reasonably priced. Overall cleanliness was excellent.

Exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout and fully equipped facilities, all spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, with both front desk and housekeeping staff being incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. The hotel environment is fantastic, and you're right on the beach as soon as you step out. The surrounding amenities are also very complete, with a seafood night market just a short walk away. Highly recommended for a vacation.

Facilities: Excellent, featuring a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant. Cleanliness: Spotless. Location: Extremely convenient. There's on-site parking, plenty of dining and shopping options right across the street, and it's very close to the beach. Service: Attentive and thoughtful staff who offered excellent travel advice and made sure all amenities were well-provided.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location and is very beautiful, being super close to both the beach and the food street. The pool was also fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it. The two sinks in the room were a huge plus for our family with two children. The service was excellent as well. Overall, everything was great. The only slight drawback was that we wished the beds were a bit wider.

The manager was very warm and considerate. Conveniently, there's a seafood market right across the street where you can buy fresh seafood and have it cooked. After our meal, we took a nice stroll on the beach, and the evenings were pleasantly cool. The bed was also quite comfortable. We even asked the front desk for a disposable bathtub liner, and the service was pretty good overall. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did get some of the delicious seafood we enjoyed.
