晚上10點到店，早上不到8點離店，因為前台王女士我很想給個差評，酒店是你家的嗎？一副不想接待的感覺，還有我想請問你兒子初中會不會寫自己名字。但是另外幾個大姐包括保安大哥素質都很高，早上見第一面都會問好，給人非常親切的感覺。好評是給前台以外的工作人員的。

這個價格住真的很不錯了，房間數量很多，酒店服務也不錯，親自帶我們找房間，因為實在太大，以前曾經是很厲害的一家酒店，周邊環境現在是落寞了。就在河邊，地理位置還是好，就是晚上從路邊去酒店很黑，前台辦理也很正規，帶去的小朋友都問了半天，還查看孩子的證件。

老闆，你給你家的前台服務員姐姐的工資是不是太少了，叫*****的樣子。叫她不想做別做了，別把你們家酒店名聲敗壞了！
草塘千年古邑周圍的環境是很不錯的。但這個酒店的服務真的不推薦！宋欽酒店房間很多，但是入住率不高（可想而知）。酒店周圍的設施和酒店前台接待員的素質有待提高！！有待提高！！入住以後大門被圍蔽了！衹能從小門進去，停車開車不好停。入住的房間在一個深深地巷子裏，要經過很多沒有開發的店鋪，很多爛尾的。
值得品味的就是，前台的其中一個服務人員（衹是那天前台接待的一個，其他帶去看房的嬢嬢還是挺友好的），一副愛理不理的樣子！態度非常不友好！入住後的第二天早上11點多打電話來，問要不要續房，我們説可能中午吃過午飯就走了。然後前台小姐姐毫不客氣的地説，那請你14點前準時退房，我們家是衹要超過一分鐘，是要給多半天的房費的！ 我呵呵！！
其實大家都懂道理的，一般都是會在14點前都要退房。但是話從酒店前台小姐姐這樣説出來，就變味了！挺失望的！！
