The environment design is exactly what I wanted 💖, it deserves a thumbs up! I'm very satisfied.

The environment was fantastic, nestled in the mountains with excellent air quality and complete peace and quiet, especially at night. The stay was very comfortable, and the handsome receptionist was incredibly polite and attentive. I'll definitely come back next time.

The facilities are excellent, the butler is very attentive and helpful, and the surrounding scenery is also beautiful. I would definitely come again.

The hotel environment was excellent, and the entire stay was very pleasant and reassuring. I also loved the room layout, the cleanliness was meticulous, and the soundproofing was quite good. There's even a coffee shop where you can take some great photos. A very satisfying stay experience! Highly recommended!

I have to give a good review for this stay. Except for the inevitable bugs on the mountain, everything else was great.

The room was lovely, wabi-sabi-style, and very clean. The hotel upgraded us to a loft for free. The whole village is very quiet and has the feel of an ancient village. It's quite interesting to walk around in the morning. Environment: As shown in the picture Service: Breakfast was perfect!!! It was delicious.

The night view was fantastic, the aromatherapy in the guesthouse was lovely, and the accommodations were also quite good.

Facilities: The hotel amenities were good, with comfortable beds and pillows. Cleanliness: Cleaning was generally quite good, but could use a bit more attention. There was a broken glass in the corner of the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. Environment: Backed by mountains, the air was pleasant, but the hotel is underdeveloped. There were few recreational facilities, and not much to do. Service: The housekeeper was nice, but not very attentive, and their service awareness was poor. Two half-full coffees: The barista had his own temper. My morning coffee seemed half-asleep and grumpy, and his attitude was poor and unfriendly. These issues can be addressed through training and development. Cons: The shower dripped and ran unpredictably. It suddenly ran out when I wanted to shower, but it worked when I didn't. It was really frustrating to have the water suddenly run out in the middle of a shower. The team management was lacking, unprofessional, and in need of training. Breakfast consisted of only rice noodles and fruit, with very few options, which is a negative review. The room smelled after it was newly renovated.

The environment was great, and the service was superb. I accidentally reversed the drain in the bathtub, and the staff immediately changed my room without saying a word. I was so sorry! 🙏 In short, it's great value for money, has a nice environment, and the hot spring is very comfortable. Definitely worth a visit! 👍
