Dahai·Xingkong Homestay (Wenling Shitang Peninsula Tourism Resort)

You can hear the waves right from your room. The gentle crashing of waves against the rocks is incredibly soothing and comfortable. The guesthouse is located right next to "Hao Wang Jiao", making it very convenient to catch the sunrise and the beautiful morning glow. A short stroll down the road will bring you to a small boat (Ji Xiang Shitang No. 1), and a bit further, you'll find the landmark of Wenling City's central fishing port. You have plenty of options for watching the sunrise: directly from your room, on the bridge, or even from the reefs. The hostess is also very hospitable and welcoming.

The room is quite spacious and very clean. Guests are expected to change into slippers upon entering. If you're particular about hygiene, I'd recommend bringing your own slippers or disposable ones. The hotel is right by the sea, which makes it perfect for watching the sunrise, and it's also very quiet.

Shitang shows great potential for tourism development. However, there's a clear need to improve the quality management of guesthouses. Additionally, Trip.com should strengthen its recommendations and vetting process for the properties it lists.

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were so fortunate to snag a last-minute room, especially during the busy May Day holiday!

The service from the lady was absolutely fantastic! She even checked us in well past midnight. Knowing we planned an early start to catch the sunrise, she thoughtfully reminded us in the morning. We really appreciated her going the extra mile!

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. The room size was decent, but the bathroom facilities are outdated, and the service quality could be improved.

This is a cozy, family-run guesthouse. It's very clean and conveniently located, and the owner is incredibly welcoming.

The guesthouse was very clean and offered a nice view from the window. However, the Shítáng area is currently undergoing extensive construction, making the immediate surroundings a bit disruptive. Furthermore, the bathroom in our room appeared to be a later addition, resulting in poor ventilation and a slight odor.
