Wenling Jingqin Youshu Homestay

The B&B is halfway up the mountain, facing the sea, without any obstructions, and it is very photogenic. The rooms are upstairs and downstairs, with a living room on the first floor. There is a bathroom in the living room but you can't take a shower. The bedroom on the second floor has a bathroom and you can take a shower. The hygiene is very good. The terrace on the second floor can directly lead to the glass viewing platform in the public area. I stood there and watched it at night🎆. The car was parked at the foot of the mountain. For those who are too lazy to drive out to eat, there is a small restaurant at the foot of the mountain, so eating is not a problem. I originally booked Lin's ********* cuisine. It is not safe to walk the mountain road too far at night, and it is troublesome to drive. It is also okay to eat at the foot of the mountain. The housekeeper will drive the shuttle bus down the mountain to pick you up, but the way to the room is also to climb the mountain, which is really a bit tiring. The ring environment platform is at the top of the mountain behind the B&B. I didn't go there because I couldn't climb the mountain. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and responded to questions in a timely manner. I climbed Shenxianju the day before and was seriously overdrawn. It was a pity that I missed the Internet celebrity lawn that came to Sheye. Imperfections will look forward to seeing Shitang again next time!

The butler service is really good, the breakfast is also very rich, and the location is very advantageous. The homestay is halfway up the mountain, about a 15-minute walk from the Double Ring Observation Deck and the internet-famous Tutu Cafe. This time is the off-season and there are few people. I also watched the sunrise and sunset with my children. All the staff at the B&B were warm and thoughtful. It was great value for money!

這次入住體驗超出預期，工作人員服務熱情周到，響應及時，細節做得特別貼心。酒店早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，口味在線，每一款都很值得嘗試，整體非常滿意，下次出行還會選擇這裏。

藏在温嶺的愜意小院，靜沁有墅名不虛傳。整體風格雅緻靜謐，一進來就卸下了旅途疲憊。環境安靜雅緻，房間温馨舒適，細節處盡顯用心。服務周到熱情，住着舒心自在，出行也便利，是一次很愉快的入住體驗，值得推薦～

帶家人一起來住的，整體特別滿意！空間寬敞通透，衞生打掃得一塵不染，生活用品配備齊全，很適合一家人落腳。管家們友善隨和，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，環境安靜不吵鬧，長者小孩住着都舒服，性價比很高，家庭出遊放心沖！

靜沁實在是太棒的一個民宿，在半山腰，風景美的像畫！房間很精緻很寬敞，床很乾凈。服務特別好，素素很熱心，幾個小夥子幫忙搬運行李，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。坐在房間前面，就能靜靜的看海，看景，享受全身心的愜意放鬆。早餐也很舒服，不是自助，是配好的九宮格，量足夠，還有拉花漂亮的拿鐵。給個大大的點贊！！！

花了超五星級的價格住了三四百價格的酒店吧！！！ 首先服務很一般，剛開始建了一個專門的服務羣，感覺還挺好的，但是到了以後就感覺很一般般了。明明確定了我們到店時間，到了以後房間還沒有收拾好，沒辦法辦理入住，等了很久。後來我們先出去吃東西了，讓他們幫忙把行李先放到房間，結果衹放了一個箱子，另外一個箱子還要自己扛過去。服務到晚上十點他們就下班了，好像也沒有提供任何服務，服務也並沒有讓人感覺到很舒服～ 其次是房間和設施，選擇住枕海的朋友需要注意，他們家的房子都很分散，需要爬好多樓梯才能到住的地方，有點爬山的感覺了，到了房間裏也是上下層的，下層沒有洗簌間，衹有一個衞生間，還是放在客廳的，很不方便，上層有衞生間和洗簌間，但是但是‼️要爬樓梯，而且樓梯很很陡，很不方便也很不安全。房間裏面有K歌的話筒和播放器，廚房和鍋碗瓢盆、茶具都有，但都是裝飾用的，東西有點破和臟，應該沒有人會用的吧。布草是品牌的，唯一拿的出手的東西了吧，房間裏的佈置和衞生真的是很一般，就是三四百塊錢酒店的那種質量了。然後重點是空調是壞的，還是大金空調，關不掉，吹冷風，聲音還很響，跟他們工作人員説了，搞不定，後來弄到半夜十二點多鐘把空調拆了才行，真心的覺得很差勁‼️工作人員估計也覺得不好意思吧，送了兩張海邊觀光車的車票60元，送了兩盒水果（小番茄和提子）一個香薰（並不需要，反而增加了路程上的負擔） 最後性價比很低，真的是又奢（價格貴）有野（住在山上，很分散，會有一種不安全感，房間也很野）。純粹也就是可以看個風景吧，住的高一點視野開闊一點吧。 花這樣的價格住這樣的酒店真的完全沒必要，既得不到居住上的體感價值，也得不到服務人員的情緒價值，圖啥呢😂唯一可以值得説的一點也就是拍照出片吧。但是同一個地方還有很多其他的民宿，一樣可以拍照出片，也有民宿車接送上下山的～ 噢，早餐就是固定的九宮格還是幾宮格吧，很不好吃，也就拍個照片感覺好看點吧

民宿在半山腰，要坐觀光車去民宿，剛好遇到大雨天，服務員早早在山腳等候了，還幫我們拎行李，房間很大，是loft，兩層，孩子們玩得很開心，周邊的風景非常漂亮，很適合打卡，尤其驚艷是早餐，一人份的，種類很多，味道很好，尤其是糯嘰嘰，超級好吃

民宿視野很好，房間裏可以直接看到海，小姐姐小哥哥也都很熱情，服務很周到，每次上下都會開觀光車接送，還主動贈送了第五季咖啡店的門票，剛好我們也想去打卡，很開心
