Huanya Oushilai Hotel Reviews

The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy with complete and well-maintained facilities. The staff are gentle and polite. It's convenient for dining and transportation nearby, making for a safe and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the service was excellent, very attentive. Good value for money too.

The staff were polite and attentive, the hygiene was excellent, and the front desk service was particularly good.

The room was spacious and bright with soft lighting, I slept soundly all night, and breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location, clean rooms with no strange smells. The common areas are brightly decorated with soft, non-glaring lighting.

Hygiene: Clean and refreshing. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Simple buffet breakfast: A wide variety of options. Environment: Convenient parking, quiet surroundings, and the Lake Heart Park across the street offers good air quality. 👍

The hotel's decor style is pretty nice, and the front desk gave me a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was very spacious with good facilities, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Any issues were resolved quickly by the staff.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Major red flag, absolutely terrible stay, completely below par! The room's hygiene was a total disaster; cleaning was clearly a sham, with dirt and stains obvious everywhere. Facilities were severely damaged; the curtain remote was broken and unusable. It was advertised as a non-smoking room, yet there was an ashtray, and the entire room reeked of an acrid smoke smell with very poor ventilation. The service was perfunctory, hygiene was substandard, management was chaotic, and the hardware was old and damaged. The overall environment was dirty, messy, and poor. I will definitely not return and do not recommend it to anyone! After housekeeping supposedly cleaned, I still found food residue on the table.

The environment is great, and the location is easy to find. They offer complimentary breakfast and late-night snacks, plus free parking. Highly recommended!

This hotel offers great value for money, it's very clean, and the rooms are spacious and well-lit. You can even see the sea from the window. Parking is convenient, and the kids loved it. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

This hotel truly lives up to its great reputation! From the moment I checked in until I left, I felt thoroughly taken care of. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with all the essentials clean and readily available. The hallways and common areas were also spotless. The front desk lady was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and even offering helpful tips for getting around. I felt completely at ease during my stay. Definitely worth recommending!

The whole place stinks of cigarette smoke, the rooms are super old, every bathroom smells like stinky feet, and there are little worms crawling around. If you enjoy second-hand and third-hand smoke, bathrooms that reek of feet, and random worm sightings, then this is the place for you. Oh, and the nightstand even had moldy melon seed shells – how thoughtful!

The overall experience was fantastic. It's very affordable, and the food is delicious. The service was attentive, and delivery was prompt. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended.
