Hygiene: Both the hotel rooms and common areas are very clean. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Service: Without exaggeration, the service here is the best I've ever experienced; it's like being at Haidilao.

The room was exquisite and very clean. The location is excellent, making it easy to find places to eat and drink. They also provided thoughtful tips and services, and when we arrived at night, there were complimentary hot sweet potatoes. The free breakfast was abundant and delicious. It's definitely worth another visit! Xiao Tiantian was incredibly lovely and warm-hearted. Highly recommend!

Honestly, when my friend and I got out of the taxi, the staff were already outside the hotel entrance to greet us and help with our luggage. During check-in, they offered us flower tea, mango, and roasted sweet potatoes, making us feel completely at home. The front desk lady was consistently warm and thoughtful, even helping us with our bags. When we left, they also gave us a parting gift. I truly feel they lived up to the hotel's motto: 'Providing heartfelt and humanistic service.' It was a fantastic experience.

Traveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, the hotel's location was super convenient. We could walk to Wuma Street in just over 600 meters. The staff were really welcoming, even offering warm roasted sweet potatoes and ice cream. We had a comfortable stay.

The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Plus, they offer breakfast, afternoon tea, and more! The value for money is absolutely incredible!

The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. There's a great local noodle shop (Pig's Intestine Noodles) about 100 meters in front of the hotel. Jiushan Park, which is lovely for a leisurely stroll, is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent, especially the sticky rice. They even had various snacks available at the entrance and gave us a thoughtful parting gift. You can tell they put a lot of care into their service. Highly recommend staying here!

Came for Jay Chou's concert and it was right during the rainy season. The first room I was given had a bit of an odor, but they quickly helped me switch to another room. The cleanliness was pretty good, and the service was very friendly and thoughtful. When I left, they even helped me load my luggage into the car.

I'd also like to specifically commend the young female staff member in the lobby. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to every request. When she learned we needed a taxi, she proactively helped us find the best platform. At checkout, she assisted us with our luggage and even helped us load it into the car. Because the hotel was busy, our booked room wasn't ready when we arrived. To ensure we could check in promptly, the staff kindly upgraded our room free of charge, for which we are very grateful! It was precisely because of the outstanding service that we extended our stay for another day!

The service was very thoughtful and welcoming. There were many hot dishes for breakfast, which suited Chinese palates. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. We also had unlimited access to the green-bottled Nongfu Spring mineral water. Highly recommend!
