This is a listed 4-star hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with elegant decor. The breakfast, in particular, was abundant and varied, with fresh ingredients and delicious food. Overall, it was a good stay. Next time I'm in Wenzhou, this will be my top choice.

Highly recommended hotel! Apart from a slight hassle with parking, everything else – from the facilities to the services – was impeccable. It was an excellent value for money experience. I highly recommend it as a top choice; the value for money definitely beats anything else in the area.

Stay was perfect. Optimal location for my trip. The staff were really welcoming, the room was clean and neat. Services were really nice too.

Old trip. Didn't have an iron in the room which was difficult.

the hallway outside the room had a bad odour and little rubbish on the floor like it hadn't been cleaned in several days, mirror and walls inside the room were damaged and air conditioning doesn't perform to meet the temperature you set it to, waking up hot and sweaty in the night walls and doors are thin, so you hear everything outside the room loud guests and staff woke us up early in the morning, the staff repeatedly opened and closed a door directly outside our room all morning that hadn't been greased so every time you can hear an extremely loud creaking noise, are the staff unable to perceive this noise i wonder? a bit insane delivery people dont use the robot to bring food up to the room, we ordered 3 times both the faucet and toilet make an incredibly loud noise when water is coming out of them staff came and knocked on our door when we were napping after we arrived and woke us up saying they wanted to do maintenance on the TV this hotels culture is extremely bizarre and not customer comfort oriented at all, it's amazing all these decisions were made. You've got to imagine what kind of person would approve of all this....... sheets were clean and TV was big though but overall pretty bad

It's alright. It's a bit far from the city center, but the facilities are decent. Aside from the distance, everything else is good. There's a plaza downstairs, and the late-night snacks are delicious.

The room was clean, and the latex mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The room was quiet; I didn't expect to sleep so well during my trip. The wet and dry areas were well separated. The shower had a strong water pressure and was very comfortable. The TV was a large projector, but we didn't watch TV or videos, so we didn't use it. The front desk staff and service personnel were very welcoming. They quickly brought us an extra bath towel and a pack of tissues when we asked. The breakfast was great value at 28 yuan per serving, not the 48 yuan advertised on Ctrip. Actually, even at 48 yuan, it would be excellent value. It included shrimp, sticky rice, and green dates—very delicious. Recommended.

The hotel lobby was quite upscale, but the room service was lacking. I'm not sure if it was due to limited staff during the Spring Festival or if this is just their usual practice. There was a fly on the coffee table, no comb in the bathroom, only an empty comb package; only eight face towels, and a used roll of toilet paper. The breakfast selection was limited.

The hotel is fantastic; the interior seems to have been renovated. It offers a five-star experience at a guesthouse price. They even sell Wenzhou specialties on-site. Great!

The hotel is an older establishment that has been recently renovated. It's fully automated, clean, and tidy, with spacious rooms and a generous breakfast! There are several markets nearby, offering all sorts of clothing and small commodities, bustling with people, and plenty of food and drinks to choose from! It's also not far from Wutian Old Street!

This trip was with my parents. The hotel parking was convenient. The executive mahjong room was larger than I expected and included complimentary drinks. There's a clothing wholesale market across the street, perfect for those who enjoy shopping. The hotel facilities and mattresses were quite good. The only downside was that our room was on the 10th floor, above the restaurant. Around 12:30 AM, people were still dragging chairs upstairs, and the street was right below. The soundproofing from the windows was also mediocre; those sensitive to noise should consider this!

The breakfast was good; they had a different menu every day for three days, and there was a discount for hotel guests. Because the restaurant is very busy with banquets on weekends, parking is extremely difficult. The receptionist kindly helped coordinate parking spaces to avoid exorbitant fees. The room was very spacious, with one 2-meter bed and one 1.5-meter bed. The bedding and pillows were also comfortable. The area is lively, with restaurants like Awai Lou and a clothing wholesale market nearby.

Overall, the experience was terrible!!! Does anyone understand?! We were supposed to be having a happy road trip, but this hotel's practices completely ruined it! We arrived at the hotel at 5 PM and were stuck in a small alley waiting for a parking spot. While others were on vacation, I was going through hell 😩 The facial recognition door access was so complicated it made my eyes spin, and not having a room key was incredibly inconvenient! The worst part was that the room's smart home assistant was down. The delivery guy had put the food on the robot at 10:30 PM, but I didn't get to eat until 11:20 PM, and the noodles were so hard I could crack walnuts with them! When we complained to the front desk, they just said, "Well, that'll have to do for now." My friend and I were so angry we almost laughed. This experience was absolutely awful! Anyone who goes there will regret it!
