Hotels near Central Snack Oleh - Oleh Bandung GASELA 2, West Bandung Regency

I went to Bandung for three days and didn't stay in a high-quality hotel. Indonesian hotels generally have small rooms, small beds, and poor bedding. They are not equipped with small pillows. The pillows are super high and a bit hard, which makes the cervical spine uncomfortable when sleeping. Moreover, the disposable toiletries are very poor. This Masson Pine Hotel is considered to be the best hotel within a radius of dozens of kilometers. The appearance of the hotel is very good, the hotel area is large, and the catering is okay. It is considered the best hotel I have stayed in, but There is a fly in the ointment. When I extended my room, they did not clean the room for me. I reminded them repeatedly and no one came to clean it for me. This will seriously deduct points. The room is larger than the average and the price is relatively high. The toothbrush is very poor and the air drying is very bad. Clothes hangers cannot be hung externally, etc., they need to be improved. I hope Masson Pine Hotel will improve them. The hardware foundation is still good, but the software and service details need to be improved. There is a Vietnamese rice noodle diagonally opposite the hotel entrance that is delicious. There is accommodation. You can try it. The overall environment is elegant and suitable for vacation. I hope you will seriously improve it.

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect! The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request. We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good. The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions. Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was a good stay. When she left, she left some money in the safety deposit box. I was then called and received all my valuables. I thank the hotel management and security department.
