From the check-in with reception was horrible. She was unfriendly, did not even greet us or welcome us. Charged our stay incorrectly and had to do a refund and new charge. Asked her about tours and such and she points to a picture with a few things, no info. How to get on a tour or such. We had to pull everything out of her answers were zero. She then wants to put us on a ground floor room on the corner of the building where foot traffic would be going by and could look in the room directly and we had no view, would have needed to keep curtains, blinds down and the room would have become a dark cave. Asked for another room and at first she tried to say the resort was hooked up and it was not. We were the only guests. Then she said give her and hour and she would see what she could do. We went to the onsite bar restaurant and had a drink and we then went back to her at reception and she said she had a different room. This was on the 1st floor and would do for us. We then went back to the bar area and were told the beach restaurant was closing in 20 mins. A Thursday evening and they close at 5:00pm? We were told oh you can eat here at the bar we were sitting and we said no, we had no interest in paying for the expensive facility. No other options except two other hotels
